Terrible customer service

Placed order on 22nd Nov. Xmas week In was told that there was a delay and would be delivered 5-9/1/23. Not received and company not answering emails. Sent feedback and they replied within minutes and apparently when you send feedback, they cancel the order I'd you have not received itm don't waste your time, shop elsewhere

Product never arrived/ refund never came

Product never arrived. Refund was agreed but never carried out, excuse after excuse. Would have to hound them with numerous emails to get only one response back. My bank had to refund me and now they will be going after them. Avoid these scum bags at all costs!! I have their address if anyone needs it .

You did not follow instructions required for refund which I did ask you multiple times to send, once you did, your refund was processed pretty much right away.
Sharing our private address is also illegal, there is GDPR in place:
Sharing it with people on trust pilot it’s rather worrying and sadly we will have to report this to authorities. As multiple people have emailed me saying that they received my address from you.
Again, if the instructions were followed for refund, it would have been processed within 14 days. But you failed to do untill I explained over and over again.

Stay away from this seller!

I paid €1200 in November for a television that was “guaranteed” to be delivered by Christmas. It was not delivered by Christmas and remains undelivered. There has never been any explanation as to why the TV has not been delivered, when or if it will be delivered. No apology for the fact she spoiled Christmas for me and, from reading the other reviews, many others. The only responses I have received to my many requests for an update are either auto-responses with no useful (or even true) information or no response at all. I finally ran out of patience and requested a refund. There has been no response or refund so far.
I do not want to say that this person is a scammer but I do believe she lacks any sense of decency or honesty.
I was at the police station today to enquire about making a formal criminal complaint. The seller has 14 days to provide a refund but I am not holding out much hope of that happening. I will proceed with both a criminal and civil case if no refund is received.

UPDATE: I confirm that I have received my refund but only after issuing civil proceedings and making a formal complaint to the police. I am certain I would not otherwise have received the refund based on the fact that this seller continues to shift the blame even though she has breached her contract with almost every person who placed a Christmas order (based on all the reviews here).

I do not know if this lady is a scammer but I would encourage anyone waiting on a refund to go to the police.

To be clear, I did twice send her my IBAN and the emails in question were shown to the Garda dealing with the matter. The seller claims she never saw the emails which is unlikely although, if it is true, the reason she did not see them is because she is bombarded with so many complaints from disgruntled customers due to her incompetence.

I should also note that she claims to have changed her bank from the time that I initially made payment to her. Apparently she now banks with the post office. If she is not a scammer then I cannot understand why she goes out of her way to give the appearance that she is.

I have in fact spoke to the gardai about this, as I know that you know.
You didn’t share details for refunds, and you only did so, because a gardai asked you to, and said that you never did.
Once I have received your iban for refund - refund was processed straight away.
Such a shame that you didn’t take the time to edit the feedback and acknowledge the fact that unfortunately you have been in the wrong here too.

Very dubious business. Avoid.

I ordered an item on 23 Nov last year. I followed up numerous times to check on a delivery date and was initially told the item would be despatched 18 days after it was ordered.

On 23 Dec I got an email along the lies other revierwers have described, i.e. weather conditions in Poland where they said they get their stock from, meant that a truck did not depart and the delivery would now not be possible before Christmas.

I was offered three options:
- Full order cancellation and full refund.
- Gift warped, confirmation of the order and delivery date posted to you along with a further €50 refund.
- a 50% of the total paid to them refunded and he order delivered on a date between 5th and 9th of Jan 2023.

I was obviously disappoointed not to get the order before Christmas, but understood that these things happen and was struck by the generousity of their offer of a 50% refund, so that is the option that I went with. I was sympathetic to the general sutuation that the email described, but to be honest at this stage, I am not convinced that any of what was said is actually true.

It is now 12th of January and I have received either the item ordered or a refund. I have followed up on a number of occasions, and found the company incredibly difficult to comunicate with.

Responses have been pretty confused, with stuff about their rights under Irish law to take a break and to take up to 14 days to process a refund (bear in ind the refund was offered on 23 Dec and has not been processed to date).

I have little to no confidence at this stage that I will ever receive either the item I ordered or a refund. I have begiun to question whether or not the entire operation is a scam. I intend to take whatever legal action is neccessary to secure either the item or a full refund.

It apears that my experience is not at all unique based upon some of the other reviews here. I strongly advise against entering into any contract with this business or buying anything from the website.

Update: I contacted the company giving them three days to either deliver the order or isssue a full refund or I would go down the legal route to report them to the relevant authority and recover my money.

I got the same kind of nonsense reply that other reviewers have mentioned -

"WE ARE LEGALLY ENTITLED TO TIME OFF AND 14 DAYS TO PROCES THE REFUND. We are a legitimate, registered business and all the legal rights apply to us."

Written exactly like the above with the first line in caps and all of it highlighted in red. Utterly bizarre nonsense.

I received an email to tell me that the refund had been made on the last day of the three day deadline I had given them, and the funds arrived in my account a few days later on 14 January.

I feel very lucky indeed to have secured a refund, especially having read some of the other reviews from recent weeks.

It seems Clicabox also tried to have my review taken down, by suggesting that I had mistaken them for some other business. They have some brass neck for sure.

Avoid at all costs. One of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. Truly dreadful to deal with, and likely scammers.

Shop elsewhere

Today emailed and received a reply stating the polish couriers are on holidays until the 13th Jan and it now won't be until the 18th January now.. come on, pull the other one!! So I'm assuming I'll be waiting weeks for a refund.. if it looks too good to be true then it is.. I've learnt my lesson and will now by purchasing my air fryer from Curry's.

Indeed a business but not transparent and poor customer service

This is experience on one of their major sale platforms on Ireland (A bit LONG but WORTH reading)

As other customers might have said, if the order turn up it is a decent experience, they will let you know expect shipping date a few days prior. And items receive are somewhat meet expectations (in my case advertised as NEW but actually came in BROWN BOX which is Manufacturer refurbished item)

However, in some case, they try to sell the product that they don't really have or not sure is available (most of them are really at a bargain price). As someone who study the market well, I was willing to wait and worst case think I can receive the refund in no time.

If your delivery date is already beyond 17 working days, then highly likely your nightmare has started:

After numberous additional promises beyond expected shipping date, they will at last send you a tracking number (prepaid label) to buy some additional time and and promised it will be picked up soon

However, it never did even got scanned at all (DPD), which I highly doubt it was just a piece of paper.

I patiently gave them another two weeks to investigate but no development so I requested refund, they pointed me to an separate email contact finance

I contacted finance cc the sale person on 24 Oct

They responded back on the 27th and confirmed that the payment had been processed.

I asked for transaction reference number but they did not provide it. I waited until the 3rd Nov which is a week from the date (5 working days) and no refunds yet to my account.

I waited another 7 days (9th Nov) sending another email but they never respond

It was not until I escalated the issue further to my bank, requested the chargeback, then they came back to me they are aware of that and will get the refund back through that route (chargeback)

So definitely they never made the refund transaction in the first place and just trying to buy time for whatever reasons

I am not saying they are scamming people's money, what they are doing is clearly exploiting online sale platform wide audience, hiding the low rates of successful transactions (if the product is delayed they will try to buy time to pass the 45 days period so that person can't leave a negative feedback). I can see myself as one of them as I offered two products from hers

One item is the dyson airwrap (IN BROWN BOX), arrived on time so I left a positive feedback

Another was a Macbook worth over a grand- which was told delayed and clearly being given a fake tracking number (prepaid label but never picked up) to buy time so I couldn't share the true story.

Now I'm still waiting for the chargeback from my bank, I couldn't imagine the hassle to deal with them if I paid directly by bank transfer

I'm pretty sure there are other users that experience same but couldn't leave negative feedback due to it way past 45 days period and even there are some came through, she will try to remove it by claiming it is due to buyer's mistake

This is NOT a SCAM but their lack of TRANSPARENCY will make you feel so. Stay away if you don't want headaches.

I HAVE ALL PROOF for that my review and my experience is genuine so Clicabox don't even try to blame your faults onto customers once again. Your business is not that great for us to spare our time to attack. What we do here is like Trustpilot's purpose, to give people a clearer view on your business and avoid frustration experiences, especially during this festive season.

The worst online shopping experience I have ever experienced .

I ordered an item which is from their outlet section which states that the item could take up to 17 days for delivery. I was willing to still go with this as it said up to 17 days. As time went by I would check my account online to see if there was any update but every time I checked it just said order status: unfulfilled. Yet when I go on to their Adverts website they say they have 4 in stock and yet I'm still waiting over a month for my order. I emailed them on a few occasions asking for an update on when I could expect it to be delivered and I would receive a response just stating that the order can take up to 17 days as per the terms and conditions. Final after waiting almost a month ( 18 working days). I emailed them again and this time I get told that they are experiencing delivery issues due to the high volume. At no point was I told this when I requested updates. Then I get excuses that they are entitled to time off after working hours etc. etc. You also have a right to honor your own terms and conditions that you set out. I requested a full refund and now I'm being told it could take up to 30 days to get my money back. I shop online very regularly and I have to say this has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with an online shop. I was willing to give a local online company a go but after this experience, I'll think twice. Clicabox you wont last long in business if this is how you operate. My advice to people, stick to the likes of Amazon and other companies to avoid this kind of service.

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service, highly unprofessional. The items I ordered were not delivered. I had to contact sale’s multiple times looking for updates. Now awaiting refund and the employee in the finance department is the most unprofessional person I have ever been in contact with. Just to add..I don’t think there is different departments, this company I would imagine is a shamble ran by one person. Apparently it takes 30 working days for them to process a refund which is outrageous . BUYER BEWARE.

GoPro Hero 11

I ordered 2 x Gopro hero 11 with few deays delay.

Now I'm waiting for the other products that I ordered.

I got my second order.

I'm waiting for the refund of my 3rd that was made in 11th November. I hope I didn't get scammed. In case I'll not receive it I'll open a case at Garda.

I asked for warranty support, and I'm waiting to see if Clicabox will help me.

I'll update my review.

UPDATE(I got my refund):
After I ask about the refund (09/01), it was approved on (13/01) and it arrived TODAY (14.02).

I'm still disappointed because I was told that my products will come Saturday and Monday I was told that the truck didn't left Poland. And other things.

A unique online shopping experience

Firstly I will preempt the seller response to this feedback where they claim it is my fault or my impatience, transit damage calling me a narcissist or whatener cock and bull childish guff they can imagine up.
I am prompting potential buyers to read their responces to other critical reviews then make your decision to deal with this company.

I would also advise anyone planning to deal with them to insist on pay-pal payment to protect the buyer should an issue arise.

This company claims to sell open box new items.
After ordering and prepered to wait the 17 days they claim for dellivery I was informed it was my lucky day as they had one in stock which would be despatched that day.
In fact the item they had in stock was not what I had ordered it wasn'teven in stock, A claim made by other reviewers on this site, it was in fact a return from another customer who felt the neet to send back the item which was picked up from them and sent directly to me according to the shipping label.

It was also broken and not in transit as they immediatly claimed as there was no broken bits in the box so it was dispatched broken despite me asking they fully check the product.

The fact it came to me from another customer explains the volume of emails back and forth requesting a tracking number and invoice as I was concerned their website might be a scam.
No invoice was issued to date only an invalid dpd tracking number followed by a gls one a week after my lucky day.

I have been acussed of being rude, inpatient and aggressive by this seller because I dared to question a online shopping experience unlike any other. Wrong payment details given also and I had to cancel original payment and resend.
No dispatch email. No order email. Having to hound them for a tracking number putting up with their guff and after the wrong junk they sent arrived being accused of being aggressive when reporting a damaged incorect item.
All from the same person who not once put their name to an email.
The responces were emotive and bad wished at times.

Then they claimed I never bought from them in order to have feedback I left for them on a diferent site removed.

Beggers belief

I requested item to be collected and refunded in full,
I also filled a claim with PayPal as I dont trust them to do so considering I dont even have an invoice.

This has been a huge waste of time,all I wanted to do was order a bloody air frier.

Amazon sleep sound these are your new competitors.

It’s important to highlight the fact that you purchased an item with 17 working delivery dispatch & called us scammers day 3. So of course we were going to loose our patience and cool.
In regards to the sent Ninja, in fact one of our clients received accidentally 2, meaning we had one spare one.
And as we wanted to satisfy you as a customer we shipped the spare one directly from the customer.
Again, I am sure our lovely customer could confirm that.
When we deal with shipping damages in transit happen. More often than we wish.
But they do.
The fact it’s something that you can’t understand, just means you should not shop online.
As with the online shopping there comes a risk of damage in transit,
If that’s the case however we ALWAYS offer to replace the item or take it back with a full refund.
Which again was the case with you, however you called us “cowboys” and demanded refund right now without sending the product back prior the refund . I think 100s of positive email across plenty of social media platforms especially regarding the ninjas, speaks volume.
You were just extremely difficult to deal, and that’s the truth. But another truth is, we did mess up. And we were willing to help & even offered partial refund on top of replacement.
I certainly hope you don’t ever make a mistake yourself & will be treated like we have.
Also to clarify, a full refund has been issued to your PayPal when product was received back.

Lastly, it’s rather dissapointing how much anger you have in you and lack of understanding to write negative feedback on EVERY single media platform.

Also, regarding misunderstanding with the “no orders we didn’t recall your user name on adverts - as you ordered through email.
And you went and faked an adverts feedback - as if you purchased from adverts.

Amazing seller

Amazing seller. Eliza kept me updated the whole way with tracking info & even checked in after delivery to make sure everything was ok. Delivery did take 3-4 weeks but she had said that at the start so that was ok. I’v ordered 3 times now, very happy each time. Highly recommended.

Absolute Bargain

Wow! Not only loads cheaper than anywhere else,but my magnificent Ninja airfryer arrived quickly in perfect condition but its now in almost daily use. According to my smart meter it's saving me a fortune. So I have no hesitation in heartily recommending both the seller and the product.

Recommendation

Very competitive price for the item. It's great communication from their side. I was informed that I have to wait for the item few weeks, which I really did not care as the price was very attractive. There was a email sent with tracking number once the item was sent, and it was delivered in prefect condition.
