Terrible company. Use very aggressive marketing tactics to make it look like a UK company and sneakily hide you're going to get a customs charge over a week later. Parts missing from add ons they push in the purchase journey. Customer service extremely cold and unhelpful. Avoid at all costs

It was disappointing to get a bill for duties and tariff. Checking out on their website from the USA did not make it obvious that they weren't going to ship from the USA. It ships directly from Germany. This is very unusual for me to ever get a bill from FedEx for duties and tariff. Anyway, I hope this helps a USA customer know what they're actually paying for a clevo.

I ordered a set of brackets and received a package where one of the brackets was completely crooked. It looks really bad and gives the impression that there was absolutely no quality control before shipping. I expected much better quality – as it is now, it looks like a cheap knock-off.

I’ve contacted the company and expect them to send a new, straight bracket immediately. So far, I’m very disappointed with the experience.

Fast dispatch ( abit of confusion with extra cost with FedEx but that was on me not doing research to have it sent to UK)
Easy to put up and fit
Had my own finger board which is slightly too long for it but still managed to install.
The bar is thick maybe too thick for pull up training but definitely helps with grip strength

Would like to say that my first experience with CLEVO CLIMBING is amazing, their products are of an amazing quality, if you are remotely serious about your climbing check their products, you'll find something that fit your needs.

Also I'd like so say a few words related with their costumer service, AMAZING, I had an issue (not related with them directly ) and they were more very helpful.

Will buy again for sure!

placed an order on December 23, 2024, and as of January 20, 2025, I still haven’t received it. Despite trying to reach customer support via email, phone, Facebook, and WhatsApp, their response times have been extremely slow. For an entire month, none of my questions were answered. Having spent 550 EUR, I’m now worried that I won’t receive my package or get a refund. All I want is to cancel the order and have my money returned.

Amazing gear, topnotch quality, heavy and strong material, nothing similar in the market, this guys are for real!

This will make my days at the studio way more dynamic and less sedentary, I can´t always go to boulder gym, so this is amazing.

I will buy more stuff, that´s for sure.

I ordered a climbing pull up bar from Clevo for my Sons birthday. I queried 2 days after my purchase about the dispatch date at which time I was told that it will be dispatched either today or tomorrow. I followed up again on the Friday still awaiting dispatch in which they told me they’re still waiting for some of the stock on my order. This was strange as when I queried they said my order was packed and they were waiting for Fedex to pickup my parcel. It is now the following Monday and they have stopped responding to my queries. I can’t confirm if this place is a scam or not but so far I am £240 out of pocket and have been waiting a week. I doubt this will arrive in tome for my son’s birthday and have been left in a predicament due to lies being told about my shipment. I’m disappointed in the service received by Clevo especially when paying £24 worth of shipping and having to wait 5 days + for dispatch.
