I had received job offer as senior angular developer.
in my 3rd month on immediate notice they terminated my contract. It was big project with Unily. 1st month took for onboarding , and 2nd month i took big feature to work and delivered. Reviews i received in my PR like code quality, typing, semicolon and so basic stuffs. I accepted feedback and grew from it, but they decided to terminate. Even though in presentation and calls, they motivate to ask questions, to have such environment to grow together, these people definitely not it.
Maltese people seems definitely not humanize people in this people.
Never ever i can do such contractor business with such companies. THey will get what they deserve and I will make sure of it.
