I was sceptical about this product but it works

I was sceptical about this product, but nothing else was helping with my sinus problem. It was delivered quickly and I tried it. For the first time in years I could breathe freely. No coughing in the morning, no more mouth breathing. Which btw my mother always told me off for!
I now use it every two or three days to keep my sinuses clear. Best thing ever and saving me a fortune on antihistamines and nasal spray.

(see comments for update) SCAM - don’t bother ordering, you won’t receive anything

Ordered nearly 2 weeks ago and it never arrived. Buyer beware!!! First and last time I’m ordering something from a Facebook ad 😡

**EDIT 16 November** I am now changing my review from 1 to 3 stars after customer service got in touch with me. It looks like my package took a very long time to clear UK customs, and once it was cleared it was subsequently lost in the post.

The customer service representative has been very communicative with me and I’ve now received a full refund. I’m glad that it’s been resolved, but I can’t give a higher review than this because I never received the product.

I understand that it was not the fault of Cleriva that my package was lost. However, I would not have ordered from them if I’d known that they were based overseas.

The website gives an American mailing address but I believe the product is shipped from China.

After checking your order details, I can confirm that your package took a little extra time to clear customs due to high volumes and inspection procedures. Unfortunately, we’re unable to intervene during this stage since customs processing is handled entirely by national authorities.

The good news is that your parcel has now cleared customs and is currently being transferred to Royal Mail for final delivery. Once Royal Mail receives and scans your package, you’ll start receiving tracking updates from them, including an estimated delivery date.

Daily benefits from using my NovaFlow

I am a 78 year old widow & take my health seriously as my responsibility to take care of it & seek the best products to help me. I saw Cleriva's ad for NovaFlow & was inspired to try this product to help me with my severe running nose & headaches along with my heavy phylum.
Once it came I opened it & used it after readying the instructions. It was easy to use so I relaxed & watched the clock & it's timer worked flawlessly. The next day I used it three times because the instructions recommended using it 2-3 times in 10 min sessions.
I look forward to daily use of my NovaFlow. I recommend this product that was quality made & packaged with great care. I believe I will be relieved of symptoms the longer I use it. I already see great promises of it.

Found My NovaFlow

Originally I had problems with knowing where my NovaFlow had been delivered. The information on the tracking site was not helpful at all. After contacting Cleriva their Support Team was able to find the tracking # for my parcel & I was able to pick it up right away. Yay! Many thanks to the Cleriva Support staff for finding the information I was missing.

This product didn’t work out for me, but the company provided the best customer service I’ve had in many years!!

Highly responsive, with a no questions asked refund applied to my account faster than I expected.

I would definitely do business with this company again! Excellent!!

Recieved my faulty product on Tuesday…

Recieved my faulty product on Tuesday 28th October. I reached out to Cleriva by email and within a few minutes I received a reply. After several emails and my sending a short video of the fault I had a reply that they will replace the faulty product. I can't fault the customer service so far and hope for speedy replacement.

I had an issue with my order and was resolved immediately

I had an issue with my order, had the spare nasal parts missing, I emailed straight away with an image of proof and Coney Angel Arcilla from customer support replied almost straight away and told me they would send the spares out straight away. Great customer service.

After checking, the tracking shows that it was marked as delivered on October 24, 2025, but based on the proof of delivery from Royal Mail, it appears the parcel may not have been delivered to your home and is likely still in their sorting facility.

I received my order after a bit of…

I received my order after a bit of confusion with Royal Mail. Customer service has been great.

I have been using this for around 3 days now, x 2 per day. I am seeing improvement and there is less pain around my sinuses. I would recommend this product.

Excellent fast customer service

Coney was very helpful in getting me a replacement when my device wouldn’t accept a charge.
She got back to me the same day making sure I would get a replacement.
I love this product and after such great customer service from Coney I will be shopping their other products

Asked the support team for help in…

Asked the support team for help in amending the quoted shipping address and Coney Angel Arcilla got in touch with the logistics team.
They intercepted the parcel and changed the address accordingly.
Coney kept me well informed.

Like others I was sceptical....but…

Finally something that works

I’ve purchased for my hubby who’sa long time sufferer of sinus inflammation and nasal drip, using prescription steroid sprays with limited success and no relief from a flare up which can happen often and at any time. Thought I’d give this a try for him. Whilst he looks hilarious glowing red from his nose it has actually provided real relief from his symptoms from its first use. It’s also prevented flair ups from happening. Really pleased with the product. 4 stars based on length of time for delivery and the offer of a free gift that has apparently been sent never arriving. 5 out of 5 for the product itself.
