Great customer service and fabulous designs.
Apart from the fact that the tapestries are great designs, that when they arrive they provide so much guidance and help and pattern support, then the icing on the cake was when I ran out of some wool for the Bee Cushion - the lovely Robert sent me spare wool by return. Amazing after care service. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Exceptional service
The whole purchasing experience with Cleopatra's Tapestry Kits has been without fault.
The website was easy to navigate and the Appletons crewel wool is keenly priced and even with the postage is cheaper than buying it from Australian outlets.
I was emailed with updates about the order's progress.
Robert sought to supply hanks direct from Appleton so as to ensure same dye batch, rather than mix old and new stock.
The order was well packed and the tracked airmail from UK to Australia took an amazing 6days.
Throughout, the service Robert provided felt personalised and I will be a returning customer.

I requested some extra yarn to finish a kit, and this company provided it free of charge and did not request payment of postage and packing, despite the fact I offered to pay for the item PLUS P and P.
I have therefore ordered another kit from them straight away.
