Wasnt able to withdraw my winnings
I wanted to withdraw my winnings, but they refused due to they needed verification documents. I uploaded these documents but cleopatracasino.com rejected them, just excuses to not pay me. When I mentioned trustpilot and another review site they didn't reply in live chat however now it appears I'm banned from the site and they took my $800

They don't pay out. Waiting for 10 days now. Each time another story - from technical issues up to a lot of work. My uploaded documents got lost... Horrible. Support is no help. No verification and no payout. Don't play there - it's fake
