Scam company
I emailed and called many times to cancel my order after I had not received it 3 weeks after ordering and although they would respond to apologize for delays due to “an unfortunate incident at the warehouse”, I never received a response to my order cancellation requests. It’s now been a month with no refund and no item. Scam.
