Disappointed by Delays and Poor Customer Service
I had high expectations from Clek and was excited to try their product. However, my experience has been extremely disappointing.
I placed my order on May 30, and according to their shipping policy, processing should take 3 to 5 business days. In reality, it took over two weeks just to process the order, which is far beyond what was promised. There was no communication from Clek unless I followed up myself multiple times. Today is June 12th and they only shipped the order when I opened a support ticket today.
Even after reaching out twice, I was told someone would get back to me, but no one did. Only when I opened a formal support ticket did I get a basic reply and a refund of the shipping cost. That is hardly enough for the inconvenience.
Because of their delay, my child could not use the product for more than two weeks. When you are dealing with baby gear, timeliness is critical, and Clek failed to deliver.
I used to be a fan of the brand, but after this experience, I cannot recommend them. Their service was negligent, unresponsive, and not at the level any parent should have to deal with.
