Kate is an amazing landlord and I had a great time at the house. All the housemates were amazing and it reflects how Kate runs the house share. The house itself was very well maintained and built with purpose to accommodate multiple housemates. Any issue (rare) was fixed super quick and was never a problem. I highly recommend Clearstream Property to anyone who is looking for a great house share experience !

I had the pleasure of living in 2 of Kate & Rupert's homes across 4+ years and my experience as a whole was extremely good. The homes Kate & Rupert provide set the bar for quality in HMOs providing a modern and clean look and ensure there is ample space for multiple people living in the same house. I think my favourite thing about having Kate & Rupert as my landlords was the fact they think about the little things that makes it very easy to enjoy living in their homes such as having a cleaner for communal areas, having large enough bins for the number of people in the house, having a large enough oven/hob multiple people can cook at the same time etc. Overall, I think Kate and Rupert provide amazing homes for young professionals and I couldn't of asked for a better experience.

The home that Kate and Rupert have created in Chichester was so lovely, with such a well decorated, tasteful and professional finish. The fact that they hand-pick new housemates really shows as the whole house bonded so nicely and it felt so friendly. Kate and Rupert were fast and helpful with any issues and kept things refreshed and up to date. If you're looking for a young professional household I would absolutely recommend them!

I lived 3 years in Kate’s and Rupert’s house. I can highly recommend them as exceptional landlord’s, with a house in very good condition and top maintained. They look after their houses well, find a harmonious mix of people that can live well together and are responding very quickly when something urgent comes up. They care about their property and make you feel comfortable and homey while living at their house.

After having recently left one of Kate and Rupert's properties to move closer to family, I can safely say that I could not have asked for two better landlords. I moved in straight after university to complete a graduate scheme, a long way from home. Yet, Kate and Rupert were extremely supportive and accommodating with every aspect of the move and never failed to be available for whatever i might need. Comparing prices with the local area, I feel that they both give a great deal for the tenant and even handle council tax and bills included, which took a lot of weight off my shoulders as i entered the working world. The house itself was a gorgeous property, where i had the chance to meet like-minded tenants that have become lifelong friends. Kate always ensures that a cleaner and gardener regularly visit and is very immediate if something goes wrong! (such as a fuse problem!) Overall, i have had an amazing experience over the last 2 years that has been made all the better by the two incredible landlords.

I am so glad I decided to rent one of Kate and Rupert's properties - this house has made the difference to my stay in Chichester and I can definitely say that I spent the best months here!
Kate and Rupert are great - they are super professional and friendly, in the house big attention is paid to any details and in case of any issues they are ready to fix them asap.

I lived in one of Kate's properties for a year whilst living in Chichester and I could not rate her as a landlady more highly. I've had problems renting in the past but Kate was easily accessible, helpful and obviously cares about the standard of her houses. I would highly recommend renting from clearstream property

I have had the best house-sharing experience in the UK and it’s all thanks to Kate and Rupert. They provided high quality accommodation and always solved any house issues very quickly.

I've just left one of Kate and Ruperts properties after 8 months, due to relocating for work.

The really important bits:

House - Well appointed, everything you realistically need in place, thought and attention paid to the little bits - and the odd personal touch as well!
Management - I genuinely don't think you could ask for a better, more responsive, understanding, professional yet personal approach to the way they run / look after their properties and respond to their occupants / issues.
Housemates - Excellently chosen, I couldn't have wished for a better group of people to have shared a house with. I'm gutted to have only had 8 months with them.

Kate and Rupert clearly aim to, and achieve in delivering a slightly more high end approach to the market of HMO's - and to me, their execution is perfect!

Kate and Rupert were brilliant landlords during my 2.5 year stay at one of their properties in Chichester. The rooms in the house were well thought out and provided all that was necessary to live comfortably - even a nespresso machine! Since all bills were included in the rent, this made it easier to know that my outgoings would be consistent every month. I found them to be very fair and generous landlords, who always considered the health and well-being of those in the house, taking care of any problems immediately. Although I have now left Chichester, I look back on my time there fondly and have maintained close friendships with my former housemates. Do not hesitate to rent a room with Clearstream Property!

Kate has been a brilliant landlord from the moment I enquired about a room to checking out. When searching for a room, Kate was quick to respond and very attentive, immediately answering any questions and concerns that I had. A viewing was then arranged promptly and around times to suit me. The rooms within Kate's properties are meticulous and every effort is taken to ensure they remain as such with no expense spared when approaching topics within the house. Kate also puts time and effort into ensuring compatibility when selecting housemates, and this is demonstrated with the atmosphere, not only in a single house, but between houses. Again, this was apparent during the unfortunate circumstances of a world-wide pandemic, with all housemates pulling together and supporting one another in such an unforeseen "new normal". I am nothing but pleased to have been part of the house during such a time, and with the support and "family-esque" mindset, the lockdowns and transition into the post coronavirus life were made considerably easier. Kate made renting the room a pleasure and I never felt as if she was unapproachable or hadn't already considered any concerns that I had. If I ever find myself needing to rent a room in the future, I would not hesitate to contact Kate first before looking elsewhere.
