Had log in issues and tried all the usual resets etc, initial contact was by chatbot but quickly contacted by email when I requested help from an advisor, all further emails from me were quickly and courteously responded to and issue resolved rapidly, so many thanks and well done

A Big Help in Improving My Finances
ClearScore has really helped me improve my finances. Because of ClearScore, I was able to get a credit card and even a loan, which made a big difference for me. Everything is explained in a simple way, so it’s easy to understand what steps to take.
I like how it shows my credit score clearly and gives useful suggestions on how to improve it. It’s helped me feel more confident about managing my money and making better financial decisions.

It allowed me to understand the cause…
It allowed me to understand the cause of my dramatic credit score drop...two missed payments on a broadband contract that I had cancelled 4 months previously when I moved house(this was an error by broadband company), I was also not on the electricity total register having just moved in To my jew home in February. I now have to rebuild my credit score through no fault of my own, but at least I know what requires fixing.

Its okay but only takes into account…
Its okay but only takes into account one of the credit score companys, which happens to not take monzo information so its not accurate (however Monzo issue is not fault of clearscore). I use 2 apps and both my only banking to check all of mine.
