When I pull out of my agreement
When I pull out of my agreement. No one could actually tell me their percentage of fees. The total amount that was deposits was 3500. They applied 1500 to the debt. Which $2000. No one could tell what percentage they took for their service. I estimateed at 30% they should made 1000. So they owe 1000. They gave me the runaround.

A Nightmare Experience with ClearOne Advantage
I would strongly advise anyone looking to settle debt to stay far away from ClearOne Advantage, LLC. My experience with them has been an absolute nightmare from both a financial and customer service standpoint.
1. Zero Accountability & Poor Communication
The communication within this company is non-existent. A representative named Mike tried to reach me on January 16, 2026. Since that day, I have called customer service five separate times specifically to speak with him. Every single time, the representatives tell me he is unavailable but assure me they have left a message for him to call me back. Months later, I am still waiting. It is clear that "leaving a message" is just a script they use to get you off the phone.
2. Financial Failure
The primary reason I hired them was to settle debt, and they failed miserably. They took on debt that they eventually admitted they could not settle. Not only did I end up having to pay the original debt in full, but I also had to pay ClearOne’s fees on top of it. I am in a worse financial position now than I was before I started with them. They do not deliver on their promises.
3. Technical Incompetence
Their online platform is broken. I am constantly locked out of my account. When I click "Forget Password," I never receive the reset link via email. When I call to report this technical glitch, the staff seems completely unable to comprehend that the automated system is failing. I have repeatedly explained that the email is not arriving, yet I keep getting stuck in a loop of useless troubleshooting.
Final Verdict: Do not trust this company with your money or your time. They are unresponsive, technically behind the times, and—most importantly—ineffective at debt settlement. Avoid at all costs.
