The sessions are excellent
The sessions are excellent. I would really like Catherine to do the pain control and chronic pain sessions, as sometimes I find Hugh's voice grates a little on bad days.
Lost 12 Ibs and been alcoholic free now for 58 days. I found I was using it as a crutch to help try to manage the pain, but to no avail.
Thank you for helping me to try to manage this chronic illness.

No difference in weight
I like the man’s voice but not the female. I’ve noticed no difference in weight or hunger control. I use these now just to help fall asleep.

If You Use It, It WILL Work!
I started using Clear Minds weight loss sessions about 5 years ago starting in November. I had about 35-40 pounds to lose. I followed the session’s exactly as was recommended. I lost all the weight throughout the holidays without much difficulty and by Springtime, I was down 40 pounds. When I noticed the weight creeping, I restarted the sessions 2-3 months ago. Listening to the sessions, is like hearing an old friend. I have met my goal again.

Clearminds - a great experience
I love the range of topics that Clearminds cover. I have used several different ones from sleeping, weightloss, nail biting, confidence etc. Usually I use them when I go to bed as they help me fall asleep, which is fantastic when you share with a snorer!

Experience of using is great
Experience of using is great. Had some login problems, several times, but happy it is all fixed now.
EDIT: thought my login problems were fixed. They are not. The app continually logs me out and then will never accept my user name and password. Nothing like reaching for the sleep app when you can’t sleep and finding yourself locked out, again, for the hundredth time.

Hypnotherapy Good / App Bad
3.5 star review.
First Up the Hypnotherapy Tracks are good and they seem to have an effect on me. They have a lot of variety. So based on this I would recommend.
The app is really basic however and it is hard to navigate or pick up where you left off. Especially when you are doing a program. Also I've had some issues with the subscription etc. Thankfully they do have a good and responsive customer service.
So to be honest the core is good and hopefully they can improve the apps user experiment and subscription and then theyI'd have a really good product.

The hypnotherapy sessions have helped with alcohol dpendence
The hypnotherapy sessions have helped my husband give up Whisky. He was drinking a bottle every 2 days which was making him ill, as well as costing a fortune. He hasn't touched a drop for over 2 months. I am delighted with this result.

Narcissistic abuse …
I started subscribing to clear minds earlier in the year .
I had been experiencing emotional domestic abuse for decades . I tolerated and gave and gave until I was empty . Then too fearful to leave my room , walking on eggshells , I became emotionally starved and exhausted beyond measure
Clearminds have been there for me every step of the way , supporting me personally and holding my hand until I regained courage and strength whilst guiding me on which sessions to use .
I walked out on my marriage 2 weeks ago.
I received incredible support from them and continue to do so ❤️
