Unfortunately I found the voices far too irritating to listen to - I actually ended up feeling more stressed than before I began listening! Due to the Clearminds cancellation policy I am now sadly paying three months subscription for nothing. Not for me.

My experience was extremely positive. I used this to help me with my driving test and i truly believe it helped me pass. I highly recommend this app if you struggle with anxiety.

It's impossible to cancel service, I have emailed them several times over the past month in attempts to cancel and they have simply ignored my request. There is no option in the app nor on the website. This is criminal and truly appalling.

I bought a lifetime Master Collection a few years ago. Money so well spent, the recordings have helped me tremendously in so many ways. The customer support is wonderful, specifically Claire, who responded immediately when I needed an updated link, and I had it in seconds. They hypnotherapy works
The courses that I have completed worked perfectly I did the virtual gastric band and have lost over a stone. I also have used the relaxation ones and am about to start the one that reduces the amount of alcohol one drinks.

Let me start by saying I absolutely love the hypnosis sessions and the layout of the app I’ve been with clearminds since their beginning I originally purchased single hypnotherapy sessions then paid over £300 for lifetime membership 😬 however the nightmare begins I am constantly unable to sign in my email and password I’ve used for years is suddenly no longer recognised?? I can’t sign it it says username and password do not exist?? Customer service are fantastic they have got me back in time and again but sadly I lost all of my history and all of my journal entries 😱 but although I was deeply disappointed I was happy to resume my hypnosis sessions again which are helping my weightloss and mental health issues. However this week I was unable to sign in again!!! Customer service as usual were extremely helpful but this time I’m still unable to access my account 😱 instead it keeps asking me to pay??? I have paid and will definitely not be paying double! This is really disappointing and frustrating I’ve now missed four days of my plan 😢 I’m getting exhausted having to chase and follow up emails I’m unsure if this is a deliberate clause inbuilt for lifetime membership as no more money is being made? Ian getting cynical about this to be honest. Lucky I have lifetime membership on Balance while I’ve been with much longer than clear minds and although I prefer clear minds hypnotherapy sessions I have never ever been let down by the Balance app I’ve never experienced account issues with them and they are more than half the price of clear minds so I would definitely recommend them over clear minds for having no technical issues.
This can’t keep happening it’s disruptive disappointment frustrating and causing me to suffer more anxiety and stress which ironically why I brought into them

I listen EVERY night. I have a great set of headband earphones, I fall asleep comfortably. I cant sleep without whatever I happen to be listening to at the time. I highly recommend it comes everywhere with me.

Love these hypno sessions, they helped immensely with my sleep and general well-being.
The customer service is excellent too. I accidentally signed up twice and was charged twice and they refunded straight away, no fuss at all.

The program is great, however, the lengths you must go to cancel it, that’s not great
I have sent several messages to please cancel and refund the amount not wanted/used.
I still have not heard back and or received a refund.
It’s not worth the headache, In my opinion. I would not have even filed this out had they corrected the situation.

Overcome Depression-I was at the lowest in depression and it got to a dark place..i asked God/ universe for help and within seconds I came across the advertisement on instagram which I had passed a few times .. I didn’t think I could do hypnosis myself by just listening.. within 1 night something shifted..Day 2 I was giggling having a great time I was back to myself.. I kept with it and it has helped me so much.. I’m shocked.. Over come depression is the hypnosis I listened to for about 3/4 weeks..amazing.. I also did the injection weigh loss sleep edition and I’m lighter eating healthy I don’t want to over eat..it’s unbelievable.. iv also done another weight loss hypnosis.. some offering different things and it suited me..it’s unbelievable and for that price wow..I’m down about 1 inch so far in measurements .. I’m now going to do an exercise one..I had hurt my back which I believe I would be down 2/3 inches..also an amazing team that were so quick to get back to me at the start of my overcome depression hypnosis when I hit a wall or was a bit impatient..I can not express how grateful I am.. thank you team so much at Clear Minds Hypnotherapy

I started using Clear Minds in 2023 for Alcohol abuse
I started using Clear Minds Hypnotherapy in 2023 to help with drinking, and it really worked when I stayed consistent. I stopped for a while and relapsed, but I’m now back at it and 4 days in, feeling motivated again.
There’s a great variety of sessions, the app is easy to use, and I’m already sleeping through the night. Customer service is outstanding—they were persistent and helpful even when my issue turned out to be a simple login mistake on my end.
