ignored support tickets and disputes

upon ordering a product from clearly dev it was not at all as described. I started a dispute on 11/05/2025 and they completely ignored it. I sent them an email on 11/22/2025 about how long it should take and yet again no response as of today (11/29/2025). if a product you ordered is wrong its better to dispute it through your bank to get this process sped up.

UPDATE (12/12/2025):

ClearlyDev requested additional information via Trustpilot, which I gave, The next day they flagged my review and had it tooken down. But after providing evidence to TrustPilot it was marked as "verified" and yet NO response from support.

AMAZING CLEARLYDEV EXPERIENCE

Im not joking, if you dont use clearlydev.. what do you use?? Clearlydev has the best team(s) ever, lucien is the best (not a bribe to say that either surprisngly) this place is goated, get your clearlydev products.. your MISSING out!!! I got reinbursed over £300 in products that went missing and everything and its just great. Love you ClearlyDev.

Selling on ClearlyDev

Been selling on clearlydev for week or two now, I think it's quite nice as a sidegig, the website is quite funky at times but it's a slight issue that hasn't proven to be anything more than just a little annoyance, i'm sure will be fixed as time goes forward.

My Experience with ClearlyDev

I am a Vendor on ClearlyDev and there has been a ton of issues. Most recently they switched over their website and Money I had made which was in the withdrawal process has not been found and I have not received it. They say I should email but their responses take weeks. They do also constantly have issues with money such as delayed withdrawals. Staff are extremely rude and never seem to hold accountability and mention stuff like ‘Well we are all trying but we have other stuff’ as if they are volunteers and not making money from our sales. Honestly worst experience with this group and I have lost approximately few hundred quid from them not giving withdrawal money and previously not sending it as well. Others may have had much better experiences but in all honesty this is what I have experienced as a vendor for the past 3 years.

Firstly, no vendor funds have ever been “lost” or withheld — all withdrawals are handled automatically through Stripe, and any delays are typically due to bank processing times or account verification issues. During our platform migration, a few transactions required manual review, but every verified payout has since been processed in full.

We also take professionalism seriously. Our support team is not made up of volunteers — we’re a full-time, dedicated company, and while migration did cause slower response times than usual, we now respond to all support emails within 24–48 hours.

Great marketplace to buy and sell digital creations, assets, and services. I have been selling on ClearlyDev since 2022 and it has played a huge part in the growth of my e-commerce business. Improved service, simply amazing

You see quite a lot of negative reviews, but they are outdated. The team at Clearlydev has significantly improved over the last few weeks and especially days. They have pushed many updates and strive to improve customer service. I did have my issues back then and I was quite unsatisfied. But after going into further talks with the team, they seemed very honest and transparent, so I gave them another chance. They've paid all amounts owed and have fixed any worries I've had with them. Clearlydev is by far the No. 1 marketplace, even with its caveats, it's still great.

I had quite a few issues with V1

I had quite a few issues with V1, but with V2 things have improved a lot and the experience feels much smoother overall. There were some problems with V1 payments, but those were quickly resolved and I was given all of the money owed, which I really appreciated. From my perspective, the company has become a lot more professional with how they handle situations and how they communicate with customers. It’s clear they’ve learned from the past and are moving in the right direction. I’m genuinely looking forward to the future of ClearlyDev and seeing how it continues to grow. I would like to also say its a lot more transparent to the sellers and customers with the fees.

Horrible site spent over $500 on this…

EVEN MORE UPDATES - TODAY Clearlydev tried to flag my review as harmful. Guess what? It remains online after Trustpilot reviewed it and found it within their guidelines. This is another attempt to try and save themselves from a fast-sinking platform.

Great Website

I have only been selling on this site for just under a year but its been the best experience. The support team is very helpful and I love the fact they are improving non stop on their support team and getting people help within 48 hours. I unfortunately was affected by the clearly development v1 transfer and didn't recieve any funds. But they have been working non stop to get funds to people and I feel like they are doing their best and everything they can.

No help from support at all, left in the dark.

No help from support, site is currently broken. I can't access my order details or download my invoices. Contacted support twice, even went to discord to try and get help, no luck. No way other than their support email and their site support system to get anything fixed. I would give this site a lower rating but I unfortunately can't do so.
