Pretty much everything was great, just that it was kind of hard to understand the girl I had to speak to on the phone. Only because English must be her second language and there was a bit of a barrier. But she was lovely to speak to. And confirming my centrelink income and identification was a bit tedious. But overall fantastic experience.

I've had many issues in the past with loan applications, however this service was efficient and thorough. I got an answer and my loan payment within 24 hours. Geraldine was particularly friendly, helpful and kept me informed throughout the whole process.
I would definitely use, and have already reccommended, the service to friends and family. Thank you for a great and hassle free experience, you have certainly changed my opinion of applying for a loan online as opposed to with a bank!

So far I have applied for the loan just over a week ago the only thing they where waiting for was my garentor statement. Which we have tried submitting a grand total if 28 times each time it would not submit everytime I have tried calling they sent me the same link over and over im still waiting for a resolution but nothing yet.it Is now day 8 I have also sent .numourous emails about it. And have gotten no where.
After 9 days we finally managed to get the statement sent off. Once received it was a fast process. I received funds after 3 days as it was the weekend. Helpful staff towards the end.

I thought the money will be available within one business day after guarantor signed up but it took more than 5days to process because all of our details were wiped out during your system update so i have to start all over again. Plus the customer service representative doesn't even know, as in zero idea what afterpay and zippay is I have to explain it thoroughly which is annoying they have no idea what sort of mode of payment are we using here in australia.

After having some technical issues with submitting applications. I had constant reply’s from the team. They were great help and I couldn’t recommend it any more. I’m happy to say I would ask people to use this place specially if they needed help

Good terms great service

So so bad and I'm not happy cuz they said is completely online but they wanted me to call them all the time and I did asked my guaranter more then 3 time after each time they made up new issues. Was so ridicules experience and haven't seen like this before for small amounts. I'm not happy at all

I have dealt with this company and each time I called I had this unhelpful person who made me feel like if you change the dates for the payment, we will take money from your guarantor. I only had changed it once in 1.5 years when my rego was due just so things are easier for me. Today I spoke to a person named Agnes and she was so helpful and understanding. If the company had more people like her, it would be great. The person I spoke to today before Agnes, was talking over me and was not listening to me. The rating I gave is for Agnes. Not happy. Done what they asked over the phone. Submitted all the extra documents but haven't heard back at all? I done it last night and still haven't received anything? Very disappointed. I needed a new phone with this loan. My current phone's battery has collapsed and I need a phone for work purposes!! Severely Disappointed

The worst loans company. Ridiculously high interested, and absolutely no compassion when a payment cannot be made in time even when you try to contact to reschedule a payment, inflexible when it comes to payment periods which is set at monthly, cannot be changed to weekly or fortnightly to make budgeting easier. Their loans process is highly difficult, spend hours trying to get through on the phone as they have no other means to be contacted but email which never seems to be checked, asked many times for documents which had already been sent again many times.
Beware!! Stay away!! You will regret it!!

To be honest I was very cautious to begin with as I thought it may be too good to be true and I had seen some reviews that made me wonder...However these reservations were unnecessary as CLEARLOANS have been nothing but fantastic...Yes they have a high interest rate but all risk lenders do they are very thorough in their application screening but I found all the customer service team pleasant to deal with the money was in my guarantors bank account in the time promised so thank you for giving me a chance I strongly recommend CLEARLOANS. if I.ever need another loan quickly I will use them again any day.

I started on the phone at 9.30am and finished at 4.00pm all up was bit disorganized but all in all I'm a happy customer
