Extremely Long Lead Times & Terrible Customer Service
The team at Clear Home Design have extremely long lead times (16-18 weeks) which extend with no notice from the company. When emails are sent to them enquiring about issues, emails are ignored. Products are good but service is terrible.

STAY CLEAR of clear home design. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I would highly suggest never purchasing from this company. I can not explain how frustrating it is to purchase IN FULL - with absolutely no money back - items that have a lead time of 4-6 weeks and still not have them after 13 weeks and NO PERSON will answer or explain the issues. I am working on getting my nearly $3k back from my bank since they aren't delivering on their word. I gave them money and they have given me NOTHING

Not sure I will ever get my item
Ordered in early Feb, it’s now May and I can’t get an update on my order. Should probably just ask for a refund. Not a reliable service, they never have answers regarding shipping, production, and do not get back to you when you do get ahold of someone.
