We have a Drainage Business, which has been running for 8 years. We have had a few card machines from other companies previously and we have been a Cleard customer for the past 2 years.
We have never had a problem with connecting to a signal which before was a real problem and a regular occurrence. The terminal is customer friendly, a nice colour and in two years we have not had any issues at all.
The fees are very reasonable and the back office team are really helpful.
I would definitely recommend, they are head and shoulders above their competitors, we have appreciated using a machine that does exactly what it says it does.

Honestly been really impressed with Cleard so far. I’m not someone who wants to spend ages trying to understand card payment fees and all the technical stuff, so having everything explained in a normal, straightforward way made a massive difference. The setup was super easy, communication has been really good and if I’ve had a question I’ve always been able to get an answer quickly. Really good experience and would happily recommend them to other small businesses, as they’re perfect for small business owner’s that want a stress free system in place that takes the weight off of their shoulders.
