Utter incompetence
Utter incompetence. Promised us that we had been transferred to a new company, told us to ignore all calls but never completed the transaction.
Oscar kept promising us that the problem was sorted, but left us vastly out of pocket. Would never use this company again.

We are sorry about your experience. Unfortunately, once a contract is locked in with the supplier there is nothing more we can do to ensure a switch occurs, in this instance, the current supplier objected to the switch for reasons unbeknown to us. As we advised you previously, please call the current supplier and ask them why they objected, we are unable to do this on your behalf.
We advised you to ignore calls because the contract was locked in, if BG object to the transfer there is nothing we can do, it is for you, the customer to find out why.
Again we apologise that the contract has not started however there is nothing more in Clear Comparisons power that could have been done.
