Just ordered items for £19.99, they have charged me £24.71. The supplied link for customer care is invalid. Wish I had read these reviews, I’m sure now they won’t fit or be rubbish.

The product was completly substandard. The size was not accurate. I ordered bras and the cup size was tiny and the actual width would fit a young child.

I have tried to get a refund and said I would accept £10 (£17 cost) to be fair. They just offer £5. This is not reasonable.

My credit card account was debited for more than the invoice, I received an apology and refund when I complained (system error apparently!). When the bra arrived it was way too small. I reported the sizing issue and was offered £2 compensation and asked "to consider transferring them to another individual". I repeatedly asked for a return address and full refund. I as told I would " have to pay an expensive shipping fee that will cost a lot of money and time" because the goods have to go back to China. Compensation was increased to £4 and declined. I've had to supply photo's and waste quite a bit of time getting nowhere. Their returns policy is a sham. Despite having a co.uk email address there's no way of achieving a satisfactory standard of customer service. BUYER BEWARE!!!. I'd give nil stars if it were possible.

I also feel for it I order a pack of 3 bras size 40C true to my size has I was professionally measured and what I received was like a 36 ? Absolutely rubbish material has other ladies have said and I was changed £37.79 and it’s true you cannot get through with a lot of hassle I got through on my PayPal and now they say shipping at my own cost is very costly and they said they will offer me a £5 discount to be honest this selling website needs to be shut down and PayPal says they have sellers protection but what about us buyers thank you to all you ladies from bringing this complaint to the attention of other ladies that might be interested in purchasing from Naseem in Nottingham

I ordered a pack of 3 bras. They arrived from China with no documentation with the package. The bras are far too small and of poor quality offering no support whatsoever.

The adverts are very misleading and quality of goods do not reflect the photos and description of the goods on their website.

Currently trying to get my money back but not holding out much hope. There is an English address on the package label but they want me to return to China or I can have a £4.00 refund for a £20.59 purchase.

When I ordered these items they also took more money than the invoice showed but I did get the difference back.

Good packaging, arrived intact. Sunglasses fit comfortably over my prescription glasses and the tank top’s built-in bra is supportive. Overall, practical and functional, meeting expectations without any major disappointments.

Ordered 3 Bras, even went one size larger just in case. What arrived was cheap chinese rubbish way to small and of very poor quality. Avoid like the plague as the site is a complete scam and rip off.

I've orderered a tissue skirt box via link on Instagram. Looked genuine .co.uk contacts but now claiming dispatch from USA. I'm now concerned enough to have cancelked my card and reported to my bank pos fraud/scam. I also will never order anything advertised via Instagram again as they should have more checks.

Ordered pkt 3bras in uk size. When arrived they are 14” to small. Paid £25.74 including shipping fees.
Requested to return them for full refund which their policy state but was told to sell them and offered me 5GBP.
Have been emailing them requesting full refund for a week and have now taken them to trading standards. Stay away from this company.

All my bras from UK shops are a 36G. Ordered a 36G...more like a 32...won't meet in the middle. Cup size is more like A/B. Sent QR code to their customer service...they say it's what I ordered 36 G. I also sent the photos of the difference in size to my UK bought bras. Hopeless.

I ordered 2 of their bras. When they came they were a lot smaller than I was expecting. 1 bra had no catch on 1 side and the hooks were on the wrong way round on the other side. Several emails to customer Support and got offered a replacement. I asked for a refund and got offered £2! This increased to £4 saying its all the supervisor will authorise. I said it's faulty I want at least 50% back of the 2 pack. This from the email wording is not uk based. Telling me I'm my email not to be angry! I just sent a civil email complaining about the quality. Zero stars would be more appropriate.

I would give zero stars if I could. Bra sizes are NOT Uk size and are far too small. Refused a full refund. when asked for an address to return as per their website, its in China and in Chinese. Website only accepts 5 star ratings, everything else is deleted.

Sizing is wrong you can not return as shipping too expensive so they gave me a refund of £3.00 of a £26.00 order DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!

My package was opened during transit and re-packaged by the Post Office. I ordered two bras, only one arrived. The last message from their customer service was so rude I was prompted to leave a review here. They will not acknowledge the package was opened even though I have sent photos several times. The sizing is poor, I ordered a 40DD and it does not offer the support it claims in the advert. The company shows in UK but it is actually in China!
A total waste of money!

Really does not deserve any stars the product in no way compares with European sizing, I ordered a 48B the front measures 14” so at the most the total size in inches is 28” my friend who is a size 10 UK and even she said it was too small. The fabric is also very poor quality feels very plastic(y)

I sent for a 44 G but it was a 32 even though the tag said 44. They offered me £1 compensation , i was so disappointed. If i want my money back i can send it back but it cost me more than i paid.

The bra eventually arrived. It was supposed to be a 38 EE cup. It was in fact as flat as a pancake with no shaping at all. It was a front opening bra and it would not meet in the middle as it was so small. Total waste of money. What a pity I did not check on here first. Lesson learned.
