The professional cleaner did not show up on time. He was more than 30 mins late which is unacceptable considering that I had plans that needed to be cancelled because I had to wait for the cleaner. Cleanzy did not send me the highly rated cleaner that I requested. Instead they sent me a random cleaner who had no reviews at all. When I tried using the app to track the cleaner it said the cleaner is on the way and is going to be on time which is a lie since He was already late more than 30 mins. I tried contacting the cleaner by message or call but the app just did not allow it because of a bug. The cleaner never showed up that day so I had to ask for a refund. I tried to contact the customer service of cleanzy and Oh my I realised they are another one of these companies who do not take calls from customers but instead operate on "chats" Very good job on efficiently solving peoples problems. Anyways, not even the chat was working so I just sent them an email as a last resort requesting a refund. Guess what not even that email was answered.
To sum up, I cannot think of one single thing that was handled properly by cleanzy except for getting paid which apparently they excel at. Absolutely unprofessional company and I am absolutely concerned about the future if companies start to adopt this lazy business practices.

I am appalled by this companies service. First of all the three times I have used them the cleaners have all turned up late, some more than half an hour. No call etc or warning. Then my last booking I took the day off. Got confirmation of the booking x2 and then they didn’t show up. They then lied and said they sent me an email cancelling the booking. They did not. They did not call me and they changed me 40 pounds. I am disgusted in this company. Absolutely disgusted that a business can operate like this. Don’t bother. Stay away from this company. Julia Rooke

Mostly the cleaning was good. A few niggles after I checked around
Such as kitchen cupboards were smeared so needed a bit of a wipe over. Porch was not hoovered. But ok

Great service. End of tenancy clean. Arrived early and didn’t leave until all finished. Took approx. 5 hours for a one bed flat which was longer than expected but they charge a flat fee so didn’t mind too much. Would use again.

Pharma was amazing. Very professional.

A really dreadful experience. Hour late and did not bring cleaning products (which we paid extra for). When asked about cleaning products, the lady said she had what she needed but simply took out some polish and a cloth from her handbag. Sadly, I’m not joking. Also did a terrible job - limescale barely touched in the bathroom for example. Will be trying to get a last minute cleaner to come tomorrow.

Really happy with the quality of Armida for our deep clean, she did a fantastic job and would absolutely book again!

I was let down with the first cleaner. He spent three hours vacuuming and washing a floor in a small one bedroom flat. The second one was much better and cleaned more like I expected.

It was very easy to book. I chose this offer, as it provided all end of tenancy cleaning options which I was looking for. The service was efficient and very professional and I was happy with end result. Deposit fully returned.

Very disappointed.

Initially a cleaner was arranged for Thursday morning @ 10am; I received a call at 1015am stating that she would not be able to make it. This was a red flag, but I persevered as a discount was offered - and was booked in for Saturday.

On Saturday, the cleaner turned up 30 mins late - between 10am and 1030am I called customer services five times, and was misquoted arrival times.

One particular person on the phone was quite rude. When I questioned why the cleaner I initially booked wasn’t coming - I was told that they are just “a marketplace and can’t guarantee who will come”. I wasn’t advised or told this by anyone before.

The cleaner eventually turned up, and to be fair was very courteous.

I booked for 5 hours, to clean a large bathroom and to have time for the rest of the house: A one bedroom and open plan kitchen/living room and a porch.

4.5 hours later and the bathroom is not fully clean - I went in and had to clean some tiles myself. The room was not in an acceptable state considering time spent.

Also, the cleaner had no cleaning cloths and used a lot of my cleaning materials - I paid extra for them to come with their own cleaning supplies.

The cleaner was polite, and friendly, and did make a concerted effort to get it done, and did clean the porch - but the WHOLE experience with this company from start to finish has been absolutely awful.

Three days wasted now thanks to this “marketplace“.

The level of job and overall inconvenience has left me annoyed and disappointed.

Disappointed. The cleaner I chose based on her profile and reviews came the first week, of which I did a full briefing on the house needs but this week, she was replaced by a new women. I wasn’t told this would happen so I wasn’t there and loads of my requests weren’t done including taking the rubbish out of the kitchen bin which surely doesn’t need to be said. Will most likely cancel as would like consistency and quality.
