Just pure perfection

Just pure perfection! The cleaning lady was on time, with all the supliences. She was nice, discreet and very thorough. My apartment is fresh and shiny, wherever I look I’m amazed! My long weekend will be great, no cleaning on my own at all! Thank you.

I paid for 3 hours but lady was done…

I paid for 3 hours but lady was done after 2 hours.
Why could she not vacumclean another room or do something more ?
I think this is the policy of the company .And that im not happy with ..
I will not use again if it is like this ...
3 hours is 3 hours !
EDIT:
Company manager started to have big argues with me and was not serviceminded .. Very impolite person. I would stay away from this company

And the management does not seem to give up.
I have understood your business plan and the company's policy. The problem is that this company dont seem to manage feedback in a good way.
To add some info. I asked one of your emploees on facebook about time consumption BEFORE i ordered.
I recomend you present how you do things more clearly both when people ask and on your webpage in the future. ( e.g. Pay for 3 get 2 if we finish early )

Hello, we don't have order system based on time. Please, check our website. Client picks rooms and other additional services. We show approx. time, just to make it easier to understand, when you can come home. So if the order finishes later or earlier, the price remains the same, you see it instantly. Maybe you try to evaluate another business, which sold you 3 hours, but actually performs 2, but this is not our approach. Ok, we can add the whole conversation:

The question is about price for 2 hours –we didn't respond to it. 'What will the price be for aproximately 2 hours cleaning time? - the answer is "yes, just visit website, you can pick it" – makes no sense. But if the question was "Do you do other work as well as ironing , changing bedcovers etc ?" – "yes, just visit website, you can pick it". So the answer was never about price for 2 hours, but for additional services.

The place was left absolutely…

The place was left absolutely sparkling. I was very happy and indeed surprised by how the lady that came in cleaned the Stove. When I walked inside the house it felt and smelt like a new home. It wasn’t the first time I used Cleanwhale services and neither was I disappointed the second time round. Would definitely recommend for anyone.

Recommend

I used this cleaning service while back I was in Ukraine and now same high quality in Poland. Perfect service when you just don’t have time to do the cleaning - there are always great people who will help you out.
