Great communication. I was due to change my water filtration system after 9 years , and they were honest enough to tell me to just change my media, and not the whole filter and control head , saved me some money! Great experience, detailed website and quick delivery

The entire experience was excellent, and the product was as had hoped and worked out perfectly.

Shipping and customer about shipping is horrible. The agent said they are closed on weekends, however an email was sent on Friday asking about the Monday order with shipping and no response. The order took well over a week to arrive.

Huge Savings

The product came with clear, easy-to-follow instructions, and I was able to install the entire system myself with no help. It’s been working great so far. After testing the water, I made a few small adjustments to the system settings and now we’re getting excellent water quality. I’ll have it professionally tested soon, but we already think it’s fantastic.

I completed the whole project for around $2,000 — an unnamed company quoted me $8,000 for essentially the same result. Very glad I chose this option the salesman was very knowledgeable.answered all my questions before I even purchased it, which made it much easier to install. I’m in Hawaii and the online purchasing doesn’t allow me to complete an order. I have to call and then wait for someone to call back. Often I then have to wait for another callback with shipping costs.

Seems to be well made but have not yet installed the system. The tank packaging was questionable as when I received it the box end was nearly open.

Chatted with a very professional representative of the company, took my info and issue and gave me a solution to my issue. As it was just about your closing time still answered right up to the minute. Outstanding, I felt good. Next day received a call from a tech, he was very helpful full in trying to help me, sent me info plus explained a few issues that occur. Unfortunately nothing worked as it must have had surg so I purchased new one from your company, installed for almost 2 weeks, runs great.

tried to order a water test and there was some issue with the lab. No one contacted me to let me know, had to contact them to get my money back. They should remove the test from the site if they are not available
