I tried Cleanup Pictures using their trial period and canceled it almost immediately because I was not satisfied with the service quality.

Despite canceling, for nearly a month their system has continued attempting to charge my card repeatedly.

This behavior is extremely frustrating and feels abusive, especially since many banks make it difficult to block recurring merchant payment attempts completely.

Be careful when starting a trial subscription with this service and make sure to use a virtual or temporary card.

Same issue! Signed up for 7 day free trial and got charged on day 3 upon cancelling membership says it will expire in one year and emails for refunds are bounced back! Shady

I have never dealt with this company nor signed up for any free trial or subscription. However, I have a subscription in my name and have been charged USD $36.

Currently waiting on my bank to investigate this fraudulent transaction.

I’ve emailed the company, but it bounces back saying I’m not authorised.

⚠️ Warning about Cleanup.Pictures – Automatic $36 Charge ⚠️

I was just charged $36 by Cleanup.Pictures even though I never signed up for a paid plan or received any confirmation email. I couldn’t reach them by email, and their website provides no way to contact support.

I had to contact my bank immediately to block future charges and request a refund. This is a very risky auto-charge case, and I want to warn everyone:
• Do not enter your card details if you are not sure about the paid plans.
• Keep your statements and proof of transactions.
• If you are unexpectedly charged, contact your bank immediately to dispute/chargeback.
• Cleanup.Pictures may work for photo editing, but it is very risky in terms of billing and customer support.

💡 Lesson learned: Always check trial plans carefully, read payment terms, and be prepared with a way to contact your bank when using online services.

I would like to request the cancellation and full refund of my subscription. The free trial ended and the charge was made, but the application did not work properly for me.

I requested the cancellation within the 7-day period, which, according to Brazilian consumer law, gives me the right to a full refund. The sale was done in Brazil and the local law should be respected.
In addition, I submitted my complaint on the same day the charge was made withou any answer via email.

I also want to highlight that I did not receive any email notification informing me that my license/trial was starting or reminding me of the cancellation deadline — something that companies usually send to ensure transparency.

I did not like the service and it did not work as expected, so I do not agree with this charge.
Please refund the full amount and confirm the cancellation.

Warning — scam-like behavior!
I strongly advise against using Cleanup.pictures. They charge a monthly fee of €5 with no clear or working way to cancel the subscription. I have emailed their support several times and received no reply at all. This is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate scam tactic.

I had to contact my bank to block future payments and request a refund. Be careful — once they start charging you, you might not be able to stop it easily.

I forgot to cancel my free trial, they charged me 36 USD. The email given on their site is invalid, there is no possibility to contact them and ask for refund or anything else.

Cancelled the trial and it even says it on the platform (I have the screenshots!) Yet they continue to try to take payment (Also screenshots from my banks notifs on my phone!)

Emailed and they never reply back!
