AVOID this company - terrible service & communication

AVOID this company - communication is abysmal & their service is terrible service!
In March 2025 I signed up to their Gold Package which was a yearly clean for I think 5 years, paying monthly. Started badly by cleaners just turning up out of the blue just as I was about to go out. Had no choice but to leave them to do the job. Supposed to send a report after the clean which never materialised. Steve Williams assured me that this was not the usual service they provide, and I would get the report shortly and next clean would be communicated clearly. Neither of which happened.
I have done all the chasing with multiple emails and unanswered phone calls trying to arrange this year's clean for over a month. Have finally given up and proceeded to dispute the payments and block all future payments with my credit card company.
Would give zero stars if I could!
