Excellent and attentive service, extremely fast shipping, amazing product. Very satisfied thank you
Awesome company, great product, and high-quality rings. My wife loved the ring! and above all, we are happy because it comes from a trustworthy company.
With a loose stone from Clean Origin, SolidWorks, Shapeways, and Newton MA's Alex & Co. I was able to make a custom designed engagement ring with incredible personal significance and a professional appearance for essentially the same price as an off the shelf option.
Very Satisfied.
Incredible service from this company throughout the entire process (including adjusting a severe ordering mistake on my part). Friendly and fast. Product as described and absolutely beautiful. Thank you!
The diamond ring arrived and met all expectations (and I had high expectations). Under 50x magnification I confirmed the serial number laserscribed on the diamond matched the certification. I was nervous making such a large purchase online, but it ended up working out great.
I would recommend Clean Origin to friends and family!
My fiancé enjoys the ring but we fitted her at a 6 1/2 size and the ring is fits loosely on her hand.

Amazing diamond... dont pay extra at a jeweler. Same diamond I bought would cost 30k at a jeweler.
Great diamond and flawless customer service experience. Saved megabucks and avoided purchasing a blood diamond.
I scoured the internet for an ethical solution to mined diamonds as I was tasked with finding my girlfriends “dream ring.” Clean Origin’s Diamonds seemed to be very well priced, however most diamonds lacked proper 360 degree interactive imagery. Often times, you’ll run into highly magnified video of a 360 on an endless loop that obviously has no zoom/interactive tools. For me, a diamond that you cannot zoom in and out and inspect virtually is not worth looking at so I was left with a small selection. I was willing to look past this because of the price point of the diamonds.
Out of the diamonds that did have proper interactive views, I carefully made my choice over the course of a few months.
The settings on the website are outrageously priced. Their cheapest, and in my opinion, their best looking setting was a 14K white/yellow gold 1.9 mm band with a few lab diamond gemstones for $750. To upgrade to 18K gold is an up charge of $430.
You read that right, we live in a world where an up and coming company in a relatively new sector is charging $430 dollars to upgrade a setting from 14k to 18k gold.
I was willing to go with the less traditional 14K because I felt like the look of the ring and the cheaper cost of diamond ( around 500 less than competition) was worth it. I also read good reviews about the company.
When I finally decided on the diamond with an May 1st proposal date in mind in early April, I built my ring and it said “quantity unavailable.”
What? I had built this ring with different diamonds over the past few months and I’d always been able to click add to cart. I contacted customer service and they said due to the pandemic that they were unable to produce the ring.
OK, but why was it listed on Clean Origins website up until that day? When I called and said I felt bait and switched they almost immediately removed the listing.
Then they asked if another setting would work. I said that the only setting that I liked on the website aside from the Sonet ring was the petite floating gem ring, but it was priced around 400 more than the sonet ring. It put me over budget and I asked why would I need to go over budget for something I actually liked less? If I’m going to buy from you now that you’ve lead me to believe you could produce something that you cannot, can you give me the petite floating gem ring for the price of the sonet ring?
They said, if you can find a better price you’re welcome to shop elsewhere. They made excuses, blamed me for not considering that every ring on their website is subject to unavailability due to the pandemic. They said the pricing of the metals couldn’t be discounted despite the circumstances.
They said they were accepting back orders on the sonet ring out of courtesy to their customers that wanted to wait for the production of it to start up again to my question of why it was still listed it begin with.
Why would they instantly take it off their website if they had the intention to keep it up for back order? Why was there no notice of this ring being unavailable anywhere on the products webpage yet they somehow “accepted back orders for customers willing to wait.”
They (management) made no efforts to make things right
This business has no offices, no show rooms and only a handful of customer representatives. Seems to me this business is just trying to make a quick buck and get out and I wouldn’t be shocked if other shady practices were found
BEWARE
My husband and I wanted to upgrade my wedding set after 12 years of marriage. We didn’t, however, want to throw our cash unnecessarily at an earth-mined diamond. A friend of our recommended Clean Origin, and I was impressed with the reviews and exceptional pricing (significantly better than some of the, perhaps, more recognizable names). The 100-day return policy made me feel comfortable and confident in giving it a shot, even though I typically wouldn’t buy a stone sight unseen. We purchased a 2.36ct round, and my expectations were far exceeded. I was in the diamond sales business for years prior to my current career and am certified through GIA. The diamond I received is absolutely stunning, and I cannot stop staring at it...even now six weeks later!
To top it off, the service I received from CO was above and beyond. Client for life!
Nothing but a great experience. Will definitely use again!
Easy and quick process. I would gladly use the again, although I hope I won't need to
Great experience. Some difficulty ordering due to issues with my address, but the customer service was fantastic. The quality of the diamond was fantastic
I couldn't be happier with my Clean Origin experience! The ring setting and diamond came out beautifully, the price point was exactly what I was hoping for, and the experience and shipping were so simple. My fiancé loves her ring, and that's all that matters! Thank you for making it ahppen!
Loved that we could visualize our actual diamond. We looked at over a dozen and picked the one we wanted. When we arrived we brought it to our jeweler and it looked exactly the same under high magnification as the online hi def photo and video. The diamond looks great in the setting we picked.
I bought myself a pair of diamond stud earrings. They are so brilliant and shiny, they're perfect. Really fast shipping, too.
