Bumpy Road but beautiful product

Ordered a ring for Christmas and was told it would ship on 12/22. When I contacted them about the shipment, they couldn't confirm it would be here as promised. I reached out to customer service over 5 times and each time they promised an update. I never got an update. Also, the customer service has no clue what is happening in production.

*Update: they made it right and it got here on time. Ring is gorgeous and better than expected. I would order again but a lot earlier.

Due to a much higher order volume than anticipated, our team prioritized getting orders shipped as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, that meant our internal status updates and customer communication didn’t keep pace, and promises of follow-up weren’t met. We understand how upsetting that is, and we take responsibility for it.

We do want to share that your order shipped last night and is now expected to be delivered today. While we know this doesn’t erase the stress leading up to it, we hope it brings some relief. Happy Holidays!

Ruined christmas

I ordered a tennis bracelet for my wife for Christmas on November 24th. Was supposed to ship on 12/10. I called on 12/13 and they said it was delayed but would expedite. They said it would be delivered on 12/16. I called on 12/17. They said 12/18 or 12/22 at latest. I called on 12/22. They said they’d talked about my order in their daily meeting and would call me back. No call back. So despite ordering a month in advance, it won’t arrive before Xmas. And I had to constantly call for updates. Terrible experience overall. Would never consider buying from them again.

Update: It's Christmas eve, Fedex just tried to deliver my package at my work address and no one was there to sign for it so now it will be delivered to my house on 12/29. I had previously asked to change the shipping address once I knew it was going to be delivered on Xmas Eve... but no one changed the address. no one called me back...

Your company put wrong address down

Your company put wrong address down, called several times and was told someone would follow up. No one followed up and I had to work with FedEx on my own. I ended up driving to FedEx to get my package. Very disappointed in how everything was handled!!!

Clean Origin Response to my Review is Wrong

I wrote a review here about a 13-carat-weight 18K gold Riviera-style lab-grown diamond necklace, which my trusted local jeweler told me was not 18K solid gold; it was gold-plated over another metal, probably silver. For that reason, the jeweler would not resize it for me. I wanted a local jeweler to do it because the Clean Origin process was too lengthy. Clean Origin responded to my review, stating that the jeweler would not resize it for me because resizing a Riviera-style necklace is difficult. That was not the reason my local jeweler wouldn't touch it; it was because she wasn't sure of the metal under the gold plating and didn't know what heat would do to the necklace.

Your necklace was made in solid 18K gold and was stamped accordingly. We do not manufacture or sell gold-plated fine jewelry. All of our pieces follow FTC regulations for gold content and undergo metal verification and quality-control checks before shipment. The diamonds in your necklace are lab-grown, as described on our site.

We also want to provide some context about resizing Riviera-style necklaces. These designs feature a continuous line of diamonds and require specialized tools and training to safely adjust. Because of the precision required, turnaround times for working on these pieces can be longer than some customers might expect. Our previous response was meant to provide general information about the complexity of these necklaces, why some jewelers may hesitate to work on them, and why it may take longer to service these pieces. This is a standard industry practice and does not reflect on the authenticity or quality of the materials.( We apologize if this was not clear)

We’re glad your refund was completed promptly. We are always happy to answer questions about our materials or manufacturing processes. We take the authenticity and quality of our jewelry very seriously and stand behind every piece we produce.

Solitaire pendant necklace

I purchased a pendant necklace. The diamond exceeded expectation was given a range and it was above what I thought I was getting, the brilliance a clarity are truly impressive. Love the independent grading documents being provided not a “just trust us”. Only area of improvement might be a nicer presentation box/case or even the option to purchase one. Also would like to see a variety of necklace chains as options too. I will be a customer again.

Responsive, Quality Product

The team attempted to expedite the delivery after explaining the time constraints I had. After receiving It all the way outside the US, it looked amazing! The colours of the rings online are a bit brighter and have more contrast than the actual ring, but thats expected I guess.

Customer service is non existent

We lost an earring back to one of our diamond stud earrings. Customer support is requiring that we send the earrings in for "repair process" and is charging $150 to replace a single earring back in 14K gold because they don't know what type of product that they sent in our order and they need the earrings to match a back. What a joke of a company. I have spent many thousands of dollars at CO on multiple orders, but I do not recommend them and I will not be making any purchases here in the future.

Our replacement process for earring backs is designed to ensure the replacements fit securely and function correctly with your original earrings. Because there are multiple styles and vendors for earring backs, it’s necessary for the earrings to be sent in for inspection. This allows us to confirm that the backs are compatible with your posts, and that the posts are properly threaded. For example, if the threading on the post is worn, the back may not catch correctly, and we want to make sure this is addressed so your earrings are secure.

The $150 fee covers, insured, round-trip shipping and a pair of 14K gold earring backs ( not just one back) We strive to provide a safe, reliable repair, and this process has been successful for our customers.

We also want to note that customers who purchase our service plan receive these types of replacements and service at no cost.

We’re sorry this has caused frustration, and we are here if you have any other questions or concerns.

NEVER order more than 1 thing at a time

Really like the engagement ring we got from this company so we chose them for our wedding bands and ordered both on 1 order. BIG MISTAKE. There inventory system can't handle it. I have had to send both rings back for resizing 5 times and they are never fixed because they swapped the sizes on the rings and just keep mailing them back wrong. Happy with quality and I like they are paying for the returns but its been 5 times now and my wedding is 42 days out and here I am pulling my hair out because they can't handle a resize. One thing at a time only with these guys.

Style, service, wow factor, and price

Very easy site to work with. Lots of very beautiful options. Hick up with the "complete order" stated on the site after a partial delivery but was quickly answered after questioning. Items are just wow now that I have both items in hand. Will be using again for future gifts for sure.

Perfect

I have waited years to purchase a new center diamond. I was hesitant to purchase online. The stone came in the mail quickly. The day I got it, I took it to the jewelers. They were just as surprised as I was. The diamond is exactly described. Jewlers compared it to the GIA certificate. Certification was spot on. I will buy from them again.

Men ,you can do this.

The shopping was great. The options for the type of diamond you want and the settings were great. I would have given five stars but the process of getting an appointment to speak to an expert was difficult and daunting. My engagement ring arrived 9-29-25 and it is gorgeous. It is all that I hoped for. I just hope she will love it too.
