CleanMyMac by Macpaw Reviews

Been using CleanMyMac for 3 years and found it easy to use compared to other similar products I've tried. Also found it more effective.

Have been using the programme for a couple of years and it has been ideal for my Imac with various tools within it, freeing space, malware detector etc. I first used the free version and now have continued with the paid version.

Great app that works wonders and clears lots of space on my hard drive. Simple to use and also checks for threats and malware on my laptop. Wouldn't be without it.

I've had a subscription to CleanMyMac for several years and have been very happy with the service and product. Recently, my charge card expired and I didn't update it in time. When I went to renew it I somehow made a duplicate account. The AI chatbot wasn't helpful so I contacted their support through email and got help right away and my issue was resolved. Don't hesitate to contact their customer service. They are very responsive!

CleanMyMac helps me keep my Mac protected and cleans the background junk build-up. I can also effectively remove applications and their leftovers, which can be very useful if an app update fails to install due to those leftovers. The pop-out Mac Health Dashboard also lets me check my machine in an instant. A comprehensive set of tools in one well designed, simple to use interface.

whilst the App works well once started it does seem to take a long time to load particularly at computer start up either from off or sleep. It delays using the computer whilst it finds its place on the top line of my iMac. Some days it is fine others it takes an age.

I've been using CleanMy Mac since 2019 and it's a very good product. Regularly updated, it has got smarter over time. Sometimes updates/upgrades get a bit confusing, particularly when emails suggest that I do upgrade when (I think!) I have!
Overall, though, a very reassuring app to have - and my Mac runs very well with it.

Great piece of software that keeps my Mac working great.

Does what it says on the tin.
Easy to use interface.

Excellent piece of kit to tidy up my Mac. I have been using Macs for 35 years, and CMM would have been a godsend back then.

I needed something simple, quick and reliable. Easy to use and instills confidence

CleanMyMac is easy to use and a useful collection of tools to keep your Mac in shape.

Fast reaction and competent answers. Sometime difficulties to prolong subscription also problems to upgrade from olds to new version (subscription for 2
i Macs) KI answers are not always helpful.

A greta product that provides assurance that my Mac is always performing well

FRST OF ALL I TRIED TO PRESS FIVE STARS,I THOUGHT I WAS DOING SOMETHING WRONG I COULD ONLY GET 4 APPOPLOGIES

Such a simple process.
Beautiful layout and graphics.
One click and it’s all done for you.
Very fast & reliable.
Absolutely nothing to fault with the App.
Love it!

Does the Job well! Don't have to worry.

The application is well-presented and easy to use. Suspect that the program is doing its job as per the information displayed, but, since I'm not a tech-oriented person, difficult to assess the real performance.
What I can say, however, is that my Mac seems to run well, although I've had it for about 10 years now.

the only thing that annoys me is that everytime I use it, I lose all my passwords.

CleanMyMac is the most reliable, user-friendly Mac cleaner, optimiser and security app that I have come across in years. It is my go-to app for my routine maintenance.
