I want to give the cleaners 5 stars for their reliability and kindness, they are usually on time, once or twice they were 5-10 mins late, as none of us can 100% guarantee an arrival time using the public transport. I book the weekly cleaning.
I am very happy with the standard of cleaning the cleaners provide, the girls are all very independent and know what they are doing, they come in and get the job done. House is always cleaned to a high standard. (Service receiving in Ireland)

I am moving to a new place and wanted to avoid the stress of having to clean my rental. I got a quote from a couple of places and Cleanless was by far the cheapest for an end of tenancy clean. I was a bit worried seeing some of the negative reviews but my experience was really positive. Communication was easy, I had to reschedule and they were really accommodating. The cleaner was efficient and the place is in perfect condition to hand over to my landlord.
I would highly recommend.

I was constantly receiving emails from them so decided to give them a go. Went online to book the service. Selected the deep clean package. It then says click for extras. This is where it becomes a joke. They wanted an extra €20 to supply a mop bucket and cleaning supplies, or an extra €30 for a mop, bucket, cleaning supplies and a hoover! They are a cleaning company, I'm paying for a service to which I have to supply all the equipment or it's an extra charge. What an absolute joke!........ Edit in order to reply. My name is Jonathan Sheridan. I have nothing to hide. In response to what type of person I am. I am no fool, that's what type of person I am. You'd get no stars if it were possible. If I'm paying for a service then I expect all materials supplied.

Disaster
Greatest waste of money !!!!!!had booked for a full house clean was told I would have 2/4 people cleaning , they cancelled the day before and only one cleaner arrived next day half hour late couldn’t get the whole package done what I had paid for I ended up having to finish all the jobs myself
Stay away from these I tried to ring but they wouldn’t answer the phone

If I could give 0 stars I would! booked to come at 9am, never turned up, contacted company at 10am, text me 40 minutes later to say that the cleaner got the day wrong. that was ok. Unfortunately I was not available later in the day. Asked if the cleaner could come the following day (although I had previously said I was unavailable, but decided I would have to get someone to let them in as I was very stuck for cleaner before visitors arrived) when I text again 6 hours later I was told that the cleaner could not come tuesday as I had already said I wasn't available that day so this was my own fault.no apologies. Asked if they could come later in the week and whether they could try to accommodate after the mix up, and am still waiting for an answer.

Avoid at all costs.
Received two services from this lady.
She harassed me to pay her twice, which I ended up doing for my own peace.
She threatened me with gardai if I don’t.
She shared my private informations with third parties. I have complained to the right authorities in regards to all the harassment,not following GDPR.
I am short €65 because of her harassment.
She also doesn’t pay her staff.
The lady who did the work for me was amazing! And I am now working with her directly, paying her on the job.

The owner of the company is rude, unprofessional and basically charging twice for one job.
Honestly guys. Avoid!

After I paid her second time ( so she stops harassing me ) she was still calling me so I blocked her number.

Karina did a fantastic job on the house and so nice to deal with. She gave such great service.

This is a terrible company. I booked a cleaner and said she absolutely had to be on time as I had to leave for work. This was made very clear and agreed. The cleaner didn’t arrive on time and I had to leave for work. I got a very rude message from Sandra, no apology and no offer to reschedule. Now she’s screening my calls, blocking me on Facebook and refusing to return my deposit. Avoid this company, they are just ripping people off. I wish I’d seen all the negative reviews before I booked.

Moving abroad so I booked their service to get my apartment cleaned , they took the deposit money from my account and never sent anybody.

I tried calling several times but no response , they didn’t even try to call me in advance or after to apologize/reschedule.

Don’t use them guys, all the bad reviews here are very genuine and can relate to this people as I have experienced it myself

I tested positive for asymptomatic Covid19 at 21.30 the night before my appointment, and obviously had to reschedule on the website. Despite receiving confirmation via email, I was berated by a very rude staff member, as the cleaner had been sent regardless. I will not be scheduling any further cleanings with this company, although the cleaner seemed lovely.
*Edit: Please note that at no stage did I object to losing my deposit. I do, however, thank you for your apology.*

Booked a deep clean, upon reading so reviews I decided to use another company, paid a deposit when I booked but website and confirmation email clearly stated that if I cancelled with more than 24hrs notice then my deposit was fully refundable. I cancelled well in time and then I was told there would be no return of my deposit, they never return deposits despite their website and confirmation email stating that they do.

Update: Yes you have stated the deposit is non refundable but when I booked and on my booking confirmation it clearly states that my deposit would be refunded if I cancel more than 24 hours before the service was due to take place my deposit would be refunded. I called and booked for Saturday, I canceled on Thursday. The email confirmation I have clearly says my deposit is refundable, this was what i agreed to, not this change to your terms now. You’re website & my booking confirmation said the deposit was refundable. You have essentially stolen my money because you have taken it illegally. I booked on Thursday morning for Saturday, I canceled 2 hours later, this was well outside the 24hours and even with that the confirmation email states you’ll keep €10 of the deposit not the full deposit. If I could give you 0 stars for the lies told by you here & the untrustworthy process I have been subjected to, I would. If anyone would like to see the email confirmation, the cancellation email, the “text” email thread explaining you would not be refunding my deposit, the booking time, the time I canceled, the time the service was booked for please check out Whatsgoingonireland on TikTok, I will show the process from start to finish to show very clearly what I agreed to and the lies now being told by this extremely untrustworthy business. The reply here is extremely untrue and I will show that in detail.

I am absolutely shocked by the lies this company are saying just to keep my money

Really disappointed with your service and the work done on my house. The house was completely empty so you would think 8 hours of a deep clean would have the house looking amazing and smelling great. The kitchen was ok but as for the rest of the house no dusting done on door frames or skirting boards the bathroom was dirtier than I left it. So disappointing. Blinds not even looked at and I guess they weren't included in the service how and ever the rest of it was shocking for what you charge I don't even think the stairs was hoovered. I have emailed a number of times I have put through questions where you look for a quote which you are pretty quick to respond to when you want to take someone's money. I will never use your service again I know a few people who do and they have already been advised to stop. I've given so many options to respond before I put a negative review online. I would give 0 stars if I could

The Cleanless team is always on time and knows exactly what the house owner requires. All of my rugs and mats were thoroughly cleaned by the assistant. They now appear to be spanking new!
