Avoid. Poor customer service

Ordered embroidered uniform which was very costly.
It arrived and the colour wasn't how I expected it to look sadly.
Emailed support to ask for resolution...only 10% off 1 future order offered.
I replied I had already lost £42 with this order yet they still refused to offer anything else to avoid a total loss for me.
Unhelpful, unsympathetic and they've just lost several orders which would have totalled at least £300, plus ongoing orders for staff.
Found another provider with excellent customer service
Avoid this company, they forget the basics of customer service. Yes I ordered an embroidered product, but surely they could offer more than just 10%

Hi Nicola, sorry that you feel this way and thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback.

Unfortunately as your Tunic had custom embroidery we were unable to offer a refund for a colour that you were unhappy with, which was Navy but your clients mentioned to you that it looked too much like 'NHS Navy'. We feel that our returns policy on the website is very honest regarding this.

If items are plain we are always happy to offer exchanges or refunds, and if embroidered items are damaged or embroidery is not as expected, again we are always happy to offer refunds or exchanges, but not for garment colour choice. We always recommend ordering plain samples first if you are unsure of colour choice, prior to embroidery.

We offered a 10% discount on a replacement product, and we apologise that you didn't find this to be reasonable. We find your review to be a little harsh on the basis of everything mentioned above. We pride ourselves on quick and helpful customer service, and we are sorry that you feel this way.

Good quality apron

Good quality apron. Stitching of personalised name is very good quality too. Slight issue with delivery as I received the wrong item but customer service were amazing and replaced it with the correct item.

Uniforms arrived vey pleased with them, would have been nice to have been given a delivery date when ordered had to chase, but when I spoke to them delivery was sorted. excellent

I had to wait nearly 10 days for my uniform. However, once I had emailed Cleaning Uniforms, I received a prompt reply which came across as sincere and happy to help.Should my uniform had not been delivered, I fear that due to no tracking in place, items like this could easily disappear from the radar. However, I shall be using Cleaning Uniform's again and hope that my next delivery will be somewhat quicker and that I will receive an email to let me know for example, that my parcel will de delivered on a particular day/date.
With reference to the quality of my items I cannot fault them, they are of excellent quality and look neat and smart all day long.

Great product

The ordering process was a tad confusing, that was quickly sorted out, the tabards withour logo look amazing, we will definately be ordering more.
