Fantastic end-of-tenancy cleaning
Fantastic end-of-tenancy cleaning. The house has never been so clean before. They are professional, punctual, used quality products and provided top notch service, and excellent communication throughout. Ask for Galina and Nadir if possible, they were just wonderful and made the process so easy. Excellent value for money too.

Efficient and sensitive
I've been really happy with Cleaning Express. I work from home so they organised to send a team of two cleaners to blitz through the cleaning as quickly as possible. Ludmila and Irina do a great job every week, and are very sensitive about not disturbing me while I work. What's more, if one of them is off, the other one can show a replacement what to do, which saves me time. The customer services department is also very good and proactive about organising holidays etc.

The staff who attended our flat recently is truly some sort of magician. Two years' worth of dirt built up over the pandemic was dealt with very efficiently and effectively. Very happy, would recommend.

Really excellent end of tenancy clean. Staff were friendly and did a very thorough job. Even managed to remove some stubborn limescale that I had never managed to do whilst living here. Would certainly recommend.

Another excellent end of tenancy clean
I have just had my second end of tenancy clean by Cleaning Express and I am 100% happy and an extremely satisfied customer again. Their work is truly excellent and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They clean everything and I mean everything and they are a pleasure to deal with. The oven was a disaster and I really did not think it was salvagable but it was literally spotless by the time they had worked their magic on it! The grouting in the bathroom was fresh, the extractor fan over the hob, the skirting boards, inside the cupboards, inside the bathroom cabinet, the light fittings etc. etc. They really do a fantastic job and are worth every single penny. Thank you so much, I will continue to use them time and time again :-)

Viktoria - Outstanding Cleaner
I have several properties in North London which I own and manage - and over the years have used lots of different cleaners/agencies. The job needed recently require a very deep clean of a 2 bedroom flat which was in total neglect and Cleaning Express sent over Viktoria for a 7 hour clean. Viktoria took on the job with great gusto and when I returned at the end of the day, the place was unrecognisable. She did an amazing job with total commitment to ensuring an outstanding result. I was so pleased that I thought it should be acknowledged with a review, which I normally would not do, but in this instance is totally deserved. Great service
I just wanted to highlight how happy we have been with our deep clean today. The house is spotless and cleaned to a very high standard. Our lovely cleaner was punctual and very polite. She also worked extremely hard and for so many hours. We are very happy with the service.

Excellent - above and beyond expectations
This is my second review of Cleaning Express because I had a cover cleaner and when I have used other agencies, this hasn't always gone so well. Also, my house had just been redecorated, there were bags of things everywhere as I hadn't put things back in order so there were only limited tasks that could be done. However, Aliya did every possible task she could find to make my flat feel better. She did things I hadn't asked her to do (!) and my whole place feels 150% better for her visit. I was actually astonished. I spend so much time on the phone to various companies at the moment complaining about services that have not gone well that I am really very happy to be able to write such a positive review. It is obvious that Cleaning Express makes sure they only hire very good people. I have not had this experience with other agencies.

Excellent experience with cleaning express
We are very happy with our cleaner Taciana who has been coming to our flat regularly for the past few months. Taciana is very polite, flexible and communicates fast should any changes in her schedule occur.
Not only does she do an excellent job in cleaning the flat, she also has an eye for detail and tidies and organises the rooms where appropriate. She always asks if we have any particular needs and works very independently during her visits. I always enjoy coming back home to the sparkling clean flat and would highly recommend her and cleaning express services.

A clean and tidy house

Very professional and reassuring
Cleaning Express have set me up with an excellent and professional cleaner. Stella is proactive and professional and does extra jobs that need doing that other cleaners have not previous thought about like cleaning out the shower drain and reaching areas that have previously been ignored. The process was easy to set up and I am reassured that Cleaning Express vet and train their cleaners, they will provide a replacement when your cleaner is unwell or goes on holiday, they also provide full insurance. I have had lots of cleaners over the years but decided to use this company as I need a professional that knows what she is doing and a regular cleaning service. This company also pays their staff a decent wage which is not true of all agencies.
