Communications with the team were brilliant along the whole process - everything was very clear & easy to agree on what we needed done - a deep clean.
Haven't had this brilliant level of service for a Long time! Exceptional.
On the day the team - Khrystyna & Viktoria - were on time and incredibly good at what they do. Very professional, efficient, friendly & warm. Asked all the right questions & were very thoughtful to check things with me - as there were lots of ornaments around the house so I felt very confident to leave them to it.
The level of care that they took was outstanding and the house was absolutely spotless when they left.
Would use them again without hesitation.
They're a little bit more expensive than other people out there but it's absolutely worth it for what they offer. You get what you pay for. In my opinion very good value for money - not just for the actual cleaning but also for the level of customer care & communication before, during & after.

We hired a regular cleaner, Tetiana, through cleaning express. We are very happy and would recommend the firm - we chose them because they have very good ratings and the ratings are well deserved. Excellent cleaning services
Solomiia has been providing us with her cleaning services for the past three months and we couldn’t be happier. She is hard working, meticulous and always on time. Our expectations were not very high because it is a big house and we were disappointed too many times. Faultless service - London living wage
We've been customers for a few months now and in that time, I have to say, the service has been wonderful.
Our cleaner, Halyna, is an absolute star. She's really diligent and everything is bright and spotless after each visit. I have a young child so, that lasts about 3 minutes after they get home from nursery, but for that hour in between, it's glorious 😉
The company representatives are always friendly and respond quickly. They've never had to reschedule, or send another cleaner because of illness etc. But I'm pretty confident of the was ever an issue, it would be sorted out quickly.
