So far so good. I am still very old fashioned with a big paper diary adapting to this is taking some getting used to. I think I will definitely see the benefits when I get up and running.

The Lack of integration to packages such as Quickbooks/Wave/Xero is something that really needs to be added. Whilst the support team are responsive it does feel a bit like feature requests do fall on deaf ears by the development team. One of the biggest issues we face is why do we always have to create work sheets to be able to see jobs on our mobile devices. It would be great to be able to add jobs easily on the go through a mobile app. This is only currently possible if you have an active worksheet for that time period you are taking the booking. Calendar integration is another feature missing, to be able to see your jobs just like the planner on your phone is a real pain. This program is really only good if you are using laptop, there is a big lack of mobile phone integration and this to me makes no sense when its a Cleaner Planner and most cleaners are on the road. I would love to give this program 5 stars as it has huge potential.

It's made my life easier put info in ones and its in for good if you need to change a customers requirements it takes minutes you always no who owes what and at start of year you dont have to fill your diary its all done,
Would have liked back up included in all prices but still its good .

I have kept my spreadsheet and paper diary for a few weeks just to confirm it all works I don’t have to do this it’s all fine and brilliant

excellent service, cost is reasonable for the package you receive and the support is brilliant. From 1st contact and follow up support, they have been spot on

Cleaner Planner is impressive very well put together

Not far off being the perfect round management software. Hopefully they keep improving it.

Great app, just to expensive.Would advise to add an option to put the rounds into a strong route managing app.Then 5 stars!

Great programme. I was doing fine with my old paper system but after trialing this and seeing how much easier it made things as well as the other professional touches has certainly improved my business

I think it’s amazing bit of kit
It’s made my life so much easier than writing the teams work sheets on a Exell

Fantastic program so easy to use and makes keeping track of customers so easy

Cleaner planner is brilliant, controls yours jobs, rounds and debts. So easy to collect payments via GoCardless and Stripe, send emails, invoices and text message alerts to remind customers you are due. Customer service is 10/10, they respond to queries within the day. Since integrating our business with CP we have more time to build and spend less time with paperwork. Richard
