I hired CleanDelSol for what was advertised as a thorough, top-to-bottom, professional house cleaning. I filled out their online request form in detail, including the number of rooms, square meters, and everything that needed cleaning. Based on that, they quoted €175 – a steep price, which I paid in advance.
For that amount, I expected a spotless result. What I got instead was a house that was maybe 25% cleaned. Dust was still on the furniture, entire areas were untouched, and the overall job was far from “professional.” To make things worse, the team tried to demand more money on-site, claiming the job was more than they expected – despite having all the details beforehand.
As a customer, it is not my job to estimate their workload. It is their responsibility to assess and quote properly. Taking payment upfront, then refusing to finish the job unless I pay more, is nothing short of deceptive.
When I reached out to customer service, I was met with condescending, rude, and dismissive replies. There was zero accountability, no apology, and no solution offered.
