My ordner arrived me really fast and…

My ordner arrived me really fast and all in all the products and the packaging looks very professional but the card polish doesn't work very well. It smells like WD40. It is a penetrating oil and in my opinion that's the only reason why the cards shine a bit more after using. No restoration of scratches or something like that.
All in all it is not working.

Hello,

Thank you for the feedback regarding our fast shipping and professional packaging.

Regarding the performance of the gel: we have thousands of sales on eBay with 100% positive feedback. The reason our customers are consistently satisfied is that they understand what this product is.

This is a non-abrasive gel specifically engineered to protect the holographic layer of your cards. Comparing it to WD40 is technically nonsensical. If you were expecting a "magic" solution that erases deep physical damage or structural scratches, you misunderstood the product's purpose.

Our gel is designed for high-end preservation, not for performing miracles on ruined cards. It seems there was either a lack of technical understanding on your part or an incorrect application of the product.

If you actually want to learn how to use it properly to get the results our other clients achieve, feel free to contact us.

Best regards,
