Sergii and his team in Cork were outstanding. I booked a medium house clean and the estimated time was 11am to 6pm. They did such a thorough job that they kept cleaning until 10pm. Outstanding!!!

disgraceful advertising, barely cleaned not to mind deep cleaned. NEVER EVER again. don't be fooled by the advertising. Hard earned money wasted on a scam!

Very good, though make sure you’re clear about what you want done. Petro and Modan were clearly experienced, so much so that I felt I didn’t need to spell things out. But a couple of small things were overlooked, probably because I wasn’t clear. But overall, very pleased - it’s an apartment I’m moving into and hadn’t been deep cleaned so it’s like a different place now!

Had Alex’s team out yesterday to clean my parents house and to say they did a great job is an understatement. The house was absolutely sparkling after them. They spent hours deep cleaning it. They went above and beyond. Great service.. il be booking again

Andrew arrived promptly, very polite and gentle in manner. Andrew worked away on an oven that was in a bad way. The place was spotless after he finished. Not even one black charred spot anywhere. Oven is like brand new, stunned at how well it turned out. I come from a generation where a job well done should be praised so the highest of praise to you Andrew. Price on completion was price quoted on email, no surprises. Will have no problem recommending Cleanbee service and Andrew. Thank you

We booked a 3 hour general clean and we were highly disappointed. When we asked to do things around the house, he just nodded and didn’t say whether or not it was included. What he was meant to do he didn’t do properly either !! … The window boards were not dusted or any frames… the cleaner walked on wet floor after mopping and left footprints so we had to mop afterwards.

I just wanted to thank Valda Team for the fantastic job they did cleaning my house recently.  They arrived early and got stuck in straight away.  My bathroom was in bad shape, it was covered with grime and mould so I asked them to do whatever they could! They far exceeded my expectations and did an amazing job leaving everything sparkling!! I am delighted with their work and highly recommend them and will definitely be using Cleanbee’s services in the future. Thanks Valda Team, from Jane.

Had my stairs landing and 1 bedroom carpet cleaned and I’m delighted with service. Arrived on time and was finished quite quick. Carpets are like brand new. Delighted old stains are gone and carpets are fresh and clean again. Would recommend.

My carpet looked the worse for wear, but after it was cleaned, it looked 100% better and smelt fresher.
The cleaner was on time and went straight to work on it. I would recommend it.

Awful customer service. I booked a time which suited my schedule and the person rang looking to come two hours earlier which didn't suit. They arrived too early anyway . Tried to ring the office after 6 tries eventually got through and they were so so rude. Cleaning was rushed through and not finished to the standard I expected given the over pricing.

Have used them a number of times and was genuinely happy with their service was until they damaged my floor last time and I explained this to them I got a very defensive and aggressive response which I thought was appalling.
I actually tried to get the floor fixed first before I informed them of the issue but unfortunately the damage was unfixable so I felt they should know.I was not looking for a refund ,just to inform but this is what I was accused of,then defensive with no apology.

Darius did a really good job cleaning inside and outside of our house windows. Delighted with the job done and will definitely book clean bee again.

Cleaner did not show up. Supposed to start at 9.30 and rang them at 10, said cleaner was having car trouble and he might get there on the day if he's able to get his car fixed. No call or anything. Paid deposit of €104,waiting to see if I get it back. So disappointing and really let us down.
Update, still no deposit refund.

I have waited as they are an hour late on Easter Sunday only to be emailed the one liner that "we will not be showing up"

This has all the hallmarks of a scam website

Update: Upon asking to provide a proof of refund I have been told that they won't provide proof until I take my review down....
