Oven looks like new
Sid did an amazing job and my oven looks like new.
However, he did have yo reschedule from Wed to Fri, which I completely understand these things happen, but he was also 20 minutes late this morning which ment I couldn't leave my house at 1 like I had planned to.
I can't fault his work though

Disappointing!
I paid for the full kitchen clean to include extra to have cupboards emptied, cleaned and refilled.
I was very happy with the cleaning of the hob, ovens, fridge and extractor fans.
No cleaning was done of the cupboards.
I did not check the cupboards before the cleaners left but I could see the electrical goods were very clean. I had arranged this clean on behalf of my sister who is very unwell. I drove to Dublin from Tipperary to meet the cleaners as she cannot do so.
I raised the matter the same day with Cleanbee. They wanted photos of the cupboards but I could not provide these as I was back in Tipperary. I was not asking for a reclean - that is just too much hassle for me - but I would have liked an explanation/apology. Incidentally, I was told the job would take place between 11.30 and 3.30 but the cleaners departed before 2.30 for another job. I wouldn't have minded if all tasks were completed but they clearly were not.
I agree I signed a confirmation before they left that the job was done but did not have an opportunity to check everything at that point. As I state, the electrical goods were spotless.
I just wanted to leave an objective review.

Regarding the cupboards — as stated on our website, our standard kitchen deep clean includes only the cupboards that are empty at the time of service. The team cleaned all accessible and empty areas accordingly.
We understand it can be inconvenient to have to empty cupboards beforehand, but this policy ensures we can provide a safe and thorough clean without handling customers’ personal items.
We appreciate you taking the time to leave your thoughts and are pleased that you were satisfied with the rest of the cleaning.

Oven wasn't cleaned properly the roof of oven is filthy i contacted them and they said we don't clean the roof so basically I could have done the oven myself won't recommend them a waste of money

All other accessible parts of the oven are thoroughly cleaned as part of the service. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

I had Sasha do a deep clean on my bathroom & mould spots.
He done an amazing job and was very friendly.

Clean bees handy man services cost me £55.00 for a change of toilet seat, then invoiced me for a repair of toilet seat, I supplied the new toilet seat myself.

Disappointing...just disappointing
I was charged €250 for an apartment clean.
Kitchen, Sitting Room, Hall, Bathroom and Bedroom.
The cleaners were there for less than 90 minutes. I was expecting a lovely surprise when done, but was VERY underwhelmed. The 'general' clean was adequate, but apparently cobweb dusting in the sitting room around the blinds is not covered under the scope of sitting room cleaning. What rubbish. They did offer a reclean, but if they can't fulfil their duties the first time, why should I endure more inconvenience by them having to coming back to do their job properly?
Very overpriced and unsatisfactory.
I could have got better service from a private individual. As they are a professional company, I was expecting an industrial clean. How disappointing 😞

When you raised concerns, we immediately offered a free re-clean to address them — a reasonable and industry-standard resolution — which you declined. By refusing, you chose not to allow us the opportunity to meet your expectations.
We take pride in delivering exactly what is booked, and for transparency, we always recommend customers review the service description in detail before purchase to ensure it matches their needs.
