While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

SCAM
SCAM! This is not the official way to pay for clean air zone charges! This page asks you to pay despite not actually needing to.
SCAM
SCAM - Avoid this webpage. They charged me £14 for Birmingham city centre but I didn’t receive a receipt or confirmation I knew we had taken in. The official site was actually £8
Absolute scam
Absolute scam
Appears at the top of the Google page and is used for fool others. No matter the registration the payment will be £14 per day. Somehow they have your registration and car details to make it look legit
Unofficial scam website to steal your…
Unofficial scam website to steal your money. My car is exempt and they told me it wasn't and charged me.
Total scam! Do not use!!
Total scam! This company claims to be checking your vehicle but isn’t. They take your money whether or not your vehicle should be charged. No idea if they would pay it to the clean air zone authority or not. My vehicle shouldn’t even attract a charge and now I’m trying to get my money back! Surely this is straight fraud?
Scam
Scam. Does not check vehicle for compliance just takes monies...avoid at all costs, report it. How is this at the top of Google searches beats me...
AVOID
This page has absolutely nothing to do with the actual official government page. You can easily be taken in by this page as it's the first hit to come up when you google search how to check or pay the clean air charge. Not sure how this has been allowed to continue.
This page will get you to input your details and claim your charge is £14, regardless of what you drive.
This means if you're exempt, you still pay. If you're not exempt, you pay and then still get fined later. In short, avoid this site. Use the official government site (apologies I did try posting the link but wasn't allowed).
Luckily I was suspicious of this site and did my research. It did claim my car would owe £14, whereas the official government site says the same car is exempt from paying anything.
