I just got a call for a refund after the damage that was caused. I appreciated that.
I hired them for 2 jobs, 2 separate teams, one was deep cleaning.
Some pros, the price is reasonable, very quick replies to emails and well organised overall, easy payment system with multiple options presented, friendly staff. So all in all, it's a good value for money.
Some cons, the cleaning was not as rigorous for a "deep" cleaning. I still had to pick up some dust here and there. The staff seemed quite poorly equipped. I'm not a professional, but even I am better equipped at home. Then, I included some special cleaning in the deep cleaning, all was well documented in the emails and photos attached. Well, they gave the impression they will do all that but they clearly ignored that part. One member of stuff simply said he didn't had the right tool with him that day to do that extra work and that was the end of story. Really? I went on to book that extra work on another day (and pay extra for it) and I was repeatedly kept in the dark by the manager. She just wouldn't admit she was never going to do that work for me, although both of the staff members in the day before confirmed they can do that type of work. Not just that, but one of them told me it's one of those things he's actually good at and I conveyed that to the manager. But she kept delaying the booking for silly reasons. Such a waste of time, not great when you move house and running out of time. A simple, honest answer, "we can't do this" is far more useful. Needless to say, I eventually did it myself and it was spotless. I'm not a cleaner by profession, but I seem to do it so much better, and I'm also more confident about what the final outcome would look like.
