Very disappointed with how Cleady operates
Very disappointed! I booked Cleady for cleaning at our home every 2 weeks. They send a cleaner 1st time, very good work. 2nd time another cleaner shows up, she was late 2 hours but still managed to do a good job. 3rd time NO ONE shows up, I call them and find out the agreement was terminated, due to some problem with Nets. Something way beyond my control or awareness. Cleady just decided on my behalf to terminate the contract, even send an email how sorry they are I cancelled, when in fact I never did that? Was advised if I need cleaning to go on their website and book again for next time. Wow. This is ridiculous, I am sure there are other cleaning businesses out there that handle customer communications better than this. Save yourself some time!

I am sorry that you are dissatisfied with your experience, but you have unfortunately not understood our concept of private-to-private cleaning, and, that it is not professional cleaners, but private persons with experience who does the cleaning,
You have to book yourself and keep track of your own ordres, it is the clients own responsibility that everything is up to date, and why we offer such a low price on cleaning.
The second assistent was late, which unfortunately do happen, but as we were not notified about this, we had no chance to help or guide you.
We have tried to contact you several times, first, when we needed the payment card to be updated, later, when this still had not been done, we wrote to your email 5 days before your cleaning, to let you know that due to failed payment, your order has been cancelled, which is why nobody showed up.
We therefore do not think that this complaint is fair, as we did everything in our power to inform you, but, as we had no information about the different challenges you faced, had no change to help or guide you.
