Cosmetic Laser Dermatology in San Diego CA are bad people.
I spent over sixteen thousand dollars here doing their “take ten procedure” with Doctor Groff, who had outstanding reviews. My experience has been a nightmare. I am left scarred and have been ignored completely by their staff. The take 10, was supposed to take ten years off.. it is done with Co2 laser primarily.. and a couple of less invasive lasers. The before and after they have posted were amazing and I felt I was in good hands. From the day I arrived home after the procedure I felt completely on my own.. they were slow to respond to an infection I got above my eye.. and then when I came in for the follow ups and was asking why my skin wasn’t healing in the manner they told me it would they would recommend more expensive creams. Dr. Groff after a few months of my face being beet red and reactive gave me two vbeam treatments, which took the red out, but uncovered the weird texture and patterns on my chin that have now become permanent.. my left eye also has a sunken in red line that gets irritated by just wind and peels. I called them in June to ask if there was something I could do and they told me to send pictures.. they never responded to the pictures.. then again I called in July, September and October just to be completely ignored. I am devastated and look horrible and they have treated me very poorly. I will not stop talking about this in hopes that I save other women from making the mistake and going to this unprofessional, unethical establishment.
