The company has poor ethics and practice. I suffered the consequences of conflicts of interests between them and another company which they partner with in regards to payment options via instalments that was clearly their fault. Just why would I want to pay all this money that was supposedly for a deposit for my own home just to throw it away to some greedy company. When I complained they seem to dismiss without any apology or resolution and very rude managers who attempted to speak above me. Stressful of looking for a property as it is and expected them to be professionals but because of their aggressive practice and poor customer care left me with a poor impression. The development is not really worth it because I saw a lot of snagging and poor fitting and soon there will be a lot of rework which any tenant will find soon troubling, have seen better quality than this. Another concern is they deal with third parties one of which is utility which they keep track which means they are in control of everything, disregarding the tenants rights and protection but above all undermining you as a customer. This means they will will treat you like a child to do as they they say, they are not safe to rent with. Though, I will take this further especially having a legal background. Please do not pay money upfront for such poor service, not worth it.

I had a very pleasant experience with Anthony Clarke. Who was very clear in everything and explained everything to do with the broadband and digital landline. I am very happy with the service today and would happily recommend the company to others. Thank you Anthony.

Had a delivery from this company - I don’t know who send me the gift yet, but I do know that Clay went out of their way to make sure they delivered it to me. Now that I have seen their work I will definitely use them. Thanks for going the extra mile.

Was really thrilled with my purchase - ordered a 70’s style rubber plant which they potted for me, attention to detail during delivery did not go unnoticed! (came wrapped up in a little tote bag.) Will most definitely be adding to my collection and convincing my friends to do the same (in the form of Christmas presents) Thanks again!!

I ordered a large monstera and what was delivered was a big, healthy, beautiful plant. It was well wrapped for its journey, with materials I can reuse or repurpose, and on arrival I can say that there was damage to the leaves or plant and happy to report no bugs were found hiding in the soil. Well worth the money and I will definitely purchase more plants from Clay in the future.

I ordered my pinstripe Calathea and it was ready for pickup within a couple hours. My plant was super healthy and lush - they really know how to take care of plants in there! I haven't tried their pots yet but I'm definitely going to buy again and they'll be on the list when I need to repot.

I bought three beauties from Clay which all arrived the next day beautifully presented. From the quick delivery, great communication and attention to detail I would highly recommend Clay to any plant lover.
