I can’t recommend Dr Cassandra and the team at Claydon dental enough . We brought our very distressed daughter in just before Christmas with a very painful decayed tooth .
Dr Cassandra put her at ease within minutes and turned a very distressing situation into a positive.
So much so I have signed up all the family . Thank you 😊

I joined Claydons as they had good reviews & it was for my kids as after paying the registration fee, their routine appointments are free under 5. The dentist was great with the kids & we have been clients for over 2 years. This visit I was abruptly told i need to pay for both kids. I explained no, and it was just my son as he had turned 5 but my little girl was 4 so i shouldnt need to pay for her. After repeatedly explaining my understanding to be told in no understanding tone that policy has changed and this is not the case. I stood firm as no one had informed me of this so at the end i was rudely informed that "on this occasion you do not need to pay for your daughter" ... i stayed calm payed for my son, was not asked to book the next appointment & just shown out. I am not a scammer & am an honest person. All they needed to do was politely explain change of policy & say as i did not know about the change it was just my son I need to pay for. Im just gutted I was willing to keep my kids there as the dentists are amazing but now I say no, if they cant respect the client than the front of house are letting the team down.
