Poor Communication, Incomplete Order, and Frustrating Experience
I rarely write reviews like this, but this experience warrants it.
We placed an order for four wall sconces and, from the start, communication was inconsistent and lacking. Multiple follow-ups were required just to get basic updates on order status. At one point, we were told the order would ship, but even that came after delays and escalation.
When the shipment finally arrived, it was incomplete — only two of the four sconces were delivered, with no prior notice, no explanation, and no tracking information for any additional shipment.
This is the most frustrating part: not just the delay, but the absence of proactive communication at every step. If items are shipping separately, say that. If there are delays, communicate them clearly. Instead, we were left repeatedly chasing updates and still don’t have clarity on when (or if) the remaining items will arrive.
To be fair, the product itself appears well-made based on what we received. However, the overall experience — poor communication, missed expectations, and incomplete fulfillment — significantly outweighs that.
At this point, I would not recommend ordering unless you are prepared for delays and are willing to follow up persistently to get basic information.
Bottom line: Attractive product, but execution and customer experience fall well short.
