Professional and very quick service and goods were as advertised - very pleased 👍😊

I ordered a second birthday card and was delivered a first birthday card, and despite contacting the company I have received no answer so far, which obliged me to reorder a second birthday card for the birthday of my son in a week (with another company of course). Overall very disappointed with the experience as I cannot be in touch with them.

I did not receive the item I ordered nor have I had a reply to the email I sent them, requesting my original order.

My order arrived super quickly. All items were even nicer in real life. I bought the cord tassel handbag as a gift for my nan to give me for Christmas, i can't wait to be able to use it, although I may have to buy one of the other colours too!
