The content is challenging and stretches the children. The website has improved massively and I am finding it much easier to find work. It does make life easier for a teacher especially a supply teacher. I have used this site for both permanent and temporary roles and found it incredibly useful. The work is an excellent standard,

I have used the site for over 2 years now and it is my first port of call for Maths. We’ve seen the children make huge strides with their arithmetic due to the papers from Classroom Secrets

An ever improving website with easy to use, professional and reliable resources. Membership is easy to understand and maintain with a variety of elements which can be applied easily for the expectations of the school and needs of the children I work with.

I’ve been with Classroom Secrets since the very beginning and it’s amazing to see how much it’s grown. What started as a small planning help site is now packed full of brilliant, ready-to-use resources.

The maths and guided reading materials are excellent — really clear, engaging, and easy to differentiate. There’s now so much more too, from science to SPaG, and the library just keeps expanding.

It’s honestly saved me so much time over the years. Everything is well-organised, editable, and clearly made by people who understand classroom life. Highly recommend it to any teacher looking to make planning easier and lessons more engaging!

Saves me a lot of time and effort when planning. I find it particularly useful for setting differentiated homework.

A great company with many useful resources linked to the curriculum.

Sadly, is impossible to cancel- very concerning.

The materials are good but their contract states "Classroom Secrets deem that no user would reasonably need to more than 75 resources every 30 days and therefore downloads are limited".

And then they make every single worksheet and PowerPoint a separate download! They also do not offer a proper preview of the sheet so you can see if you even want to use it. I teach 40 lessons a week on a different step usually, and could easily use 300 downloads with this system just for maths and English, never mind other subjects.

Twinkl and a lot of other sites, far surpass them.

Signed up for a 1 year subscription only. Discovered last week they had done an auto renew & taken £59.99 from my account without my authorisation or knowledge. Phone lines constantly saying they are closed at the moment (even when they should be open). Have emailed but received an automated response saying they are busy & will respond at some point. Terrible company & behaviour!! I am currently not working at the moment due to my husband needing 24/7 care after a major operation. I want my money back! 😡

I had unsubscribed back in May 2023 and they continued to automatically withdraw money from my bank. I spoke to someone in July when I noticed the payments on my statements. I was told they would reverse the charges and that my account was unsubscribed. Now in September I noticed my account still being charged! I went back into the account to unsubscribe again and called customer support. They mentioned that there should have been an email to confirm that I have unsubscribed. I never received one in May or yesterday. After the call, I went back into the account to unsubscribe again and I still never received an email confirmation. I sent an email with screenshots from when I unsubscribed in May. I just received a phone call and the lady said theres no date or time and I told her its how the screenshot is saved with its date and time. She said that I changed the subjectline date and time!!! Seriously? This is a flaw/fault of the company!!! Their website does not provide any date or time of unsubscribing and nor did they send any emails of confirmation! They have stolen 5 months of payments from my account and refuse to refund. I will have to dispute this with Amex. Terrible customer service. Avoid this company! Twinkl is a way better company and have better customer service.

Resources are good BUT send an automated renewal to your bank and make it nearly impossible to unsubscribe using and refusing at least 20 verification codes . Not good customer service at all. Will have to phone tomorrow but will no doubt be sent round in circles. Hopefully these reviews are read by them.

Excellent resources, love the differentiated worksheets in maths and English especially. Has helped me cut down on prep time for sure.
