We used Classroom365 for a recent smart board installation and were very hapy with their response to our enquiry and have since been in touch with Mark and the team for IT support. They have been on hand whenever we have needed them.
Classroom365 supported our School to design and rebuild a brand new building, advising on all aspects of IT infrastructure and curriculum design. Their system design for the new site was innovative and cost effective, fulfilling the brief with consideration to future proofing at the forefront. Their attention to detail around administration, maintenance and transfer of all our IT equipment, broadband and server, was practical, thoughtful and inciteful. This was no small job! They were organised and methodical in their work, undertaking a stock review beforehand and going the extra mile when our supplier was unable to fulfill our expectations for the logging and tracking of items being moved to the new site. They disposed of unnecessary items, recommended items and assisted with the purchase of new equipment. Before the move, the team clearly labelled, boxed and then transferred securely all our items, these were then unboxed, set up, tested ready for the start of term, ensuring every classroom and office space had the operational equipment required - a totally seamless operation. Their readiness to respond quickly, professionally and provide clarity in their communications was invaluable. They liaised with the Executive Headteacher, project manager and providers throughout the process, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth, trouble free, fully satisfactory transfer. I can not recommend them highly enough!
