We built it because we run a tutoring company ourselves and couldn't find software that actually matched how a tutoring agency operates — so we built what we needed and made it available to other tutoring businesses. Most tutoring software is either built for solo tutors or adapted from generic school management systems. Neither works well for a company with multiple tutors, multiple subjects, and parents who expect to be kept in the loop. ClassQuill is designed from the ground up for exactly that. It handles the full operational stack: multi-tutor scheduling, automated invoicing and payment tracking, a parent portal with session notes and progress updates, a student portal with homework and AI-powered tutoring support between sessions, lead management for new enquiries, and white-label branding so you can run the platform under your own company name. We also built in a curriculum-aligned question bank across VCE and secondary school subjects, and an AI tutoring assistant that students can use between sessions to get worked solutions and practice — so the learning doesn't stop when the session ends. ClassQuill is built and maintained in Melbourne, Australia. We work closely with tutoring companies to improve the product based on what actually matters in day-to-day operations.
