This website came up as a pop-up while I was attempting to pay for something else. I was initially charged €2.00 for what I thought was postage for what I was buying in the first place, then received an email that I had signed up for a subscription. They then attempted to charge my card further.

They have a sister company that requests people to change their TrustPilot reviews to a 4 or 5 star and to mention a specific agent in order to obtain a refund, and from looking at these reviews it's obvious that this is the case here too.

UPDATE:
I have been harassed by this company via email for the last seven weeks, requesting that I remove this review and claiming that a refund has been issued, however I have never received one. I have now had to assert my GDPR rights and request that my data is erased.
It seems that they are now using the website toysfunzone.com ,which I'm assuming is yet another scam web address.

The fact that my request was handle promptly and effectively

I was scammed. On Instagram, I entered a giveaway that turned out to be fake. The scam involved giving you a prize, but you had to pay shipping costs. Paying for it activated a subscription with this company (classblouse), and you received an email with a confirmation and some terms and conditions... when in fact, what I saw on the website pretended to be a shipping company, not a clothing company. Obviously, I canceled the card I used to pay and requested a refund for both the initial purchase and another one I made later (because when I paid for the shipping costs, the payment was activated again, with an identical appearance but different website, and which also activated a collection service). Out of innocence, I paid again and got a third refund. When I requested a refund, they claim they've already refunded you (which is false), but they also tell you that for the refund to be effective, you have to delete the negative reviews.

They only scammed me for four euros in total, but as soon as I have a free moment, I'm going to report it to the police. I've already used up 10 days of useless emails, and I see this happening to many unsuspecting people like me. What scoundrels.

SCAM. They will not give you your money back and they tell people to write good reviews in order to get a refund (it’s not true, they won’t give the money back). Go to your bank and cancel the charges from them, if you try to cancel the subscription they will charge you again.

My email requesting cancellation was activated promptly and the subsequent correspondence from Paula was excellent. Courteously and gently reminding me to do the necessary.
