Not as advertised

Fit was way off. Fabric is cheap and nothing like the photos. The return process is so poor I was forced to accept another order of equal or lesser value. And that too was poor and did not fit. Do not order from here!!

I too got sucked in

I too got sucked into the fake Toronto storefront photo. The 2pc outfit I bought was made of cheap, stiff fabric, not flowy as shown in the photos. As husband described it on me: "it looks like pretty scrubs", not something to wear to on a special occasion. The costs associated to return the item is almost the same as the purchase price. This was the first time I purchased clothing online. Now it will be the last.

Total Scam

Total Scam! Ordered a jacket and matching vest. The order arrived after taking more than a month. Poor quality likely made by children. The vest didn't even match the jacket. Return policy is bogus. Rack it up to a lesson learned! Chinese crap pretending to be a Canadian based company. Buyer Beware! There was no start for Zero.

cam store — nothing like the photos

Ordered a shirt for $69 and what showed up looked nothing like the photos online. Cheap material, poor fit, zero resemblance to what was advertised. When I complained, they told me returns would cost $35–$55 plus customs — basically more than the shirt itself — and then tried to upsell me a “replacement” if I paid another $14.95. This is not a real Toronto brand, just a dropship scam. Save yourself the headache — I’m filing a chargeback with my bank.

Clarkson Toronto

Do not purchase from Clarkson Toronto. Misrepresents themselves as a high quality clothing company. Product is of extreme low quality and nothing as displayed on their marketing. To return you would need to absorb $60 in fees plus duty, the 30 day money back guarantee is a fraudulent statemennt by this company.

Unwearable jacket, Questionable Refund Policy…

I ordered a jacket and vest from Clarkson Toronto based on an ad I saw on Facebook, which made me think it was legitimate and a perusal of their website, which made me think they were located in Toronto. I soon discovered that the item was being shipped from Shanghai, China. When I got the item the jacket was way too small to wear, even though it was labelled XL. I contacted them to request a refund and received an automated email outlining a very complicated return procedure including payment of additional fees and no guarantee that they would agree to the refund (they specifically said they reserved the right to decline), including photographs, even though the website advertises an unconditional 30 day money back guarantee. I am now trying to get the payment that was made through my Amazon Mastercard reversed.

I too got taken in by this company

I too got taken in by this company. They show a fake storefront in Toronto which does not exist. The two blazers I ordered show no resemblance at all to the blazers advertised. The colour is completely wrong and the quality is absolutely awful. The return process is so onerous that it is not possible to get one. Avoid at all costs.

SCAM company

This company ships products barely resembling the photos then refuses to provide refunds with numerous back and forth emails containing excuses and shitty offers. I made an impulse purchase, sucked in by the website photos of the Toronto storefront (which does not exist!) This company is a TOTAL SCAM

Clarkson Toronto cannot be trusted to send the clothing they advertised nor work with the customer to resolve the issue.

This company advertised linen shirts, but they sent me 3 polyester shirts. They also said delivery would be in 3 days, but it was actually 12 days. When I brought to their attention that the wrong quality product was sent, they offered me a small discount to keep the shirts. Since these were not the shirts I wanted, I said I would send them all back and that they needed to provide a shipping label, since they sent the wrong product/falsely advertised product. They refused to cover the shipping costs of $45- $55. The dialogue continued back and forth by email, and they kept offering small discounts while refusing to cover the shipping expense. Ultimately, I applied for a chargeback on my credit card and received a full refund. This company is advertising false quality and is unwilling to resolve the issue since they made the error in the first place. Do not deal with them. With further research, you will see they are not even based in Toronto and have shown they cannot be trusted.
