Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. We placed an order on a long weekend and my husband realized that his Google pay auto-populated the wrong shipping address (in another province) just after placing payment. We emailed and called Clarks immediately and they said that they cannot cancel an order, or amend an order on any way. Even though the order has not even been shipped and payment is still pending.
So, the shoes are heading to another province and we have no way of picking them up, and they don't care. Best they can do is tell us to call our courier and ask them if they can help up. But they cannot tell us who the courier is, either.
I've never dealt with a company that cannot amend an order just after placement and is unwilling to find a solution other than "hopefully the courier can help".

1. The full store floor was covereded in back part full with many boxes and randomly trowed shoes- zero managment abbility to control something in this store
2. The sells person has been asked 3 times to verified the price of 3 items - I was told of her yes the price is under promotion and it will cost for 2 items $79.99
3. I asked another sales person for price - she bring me the items and confirmed me the price two pairs of shoes will cost me $79.99
4. Went to the casher and SURPRISE after surprice - the two pairs of shoes will cost me $139.99 - it is insane
I will never go back in this brand store I will go to others but Never ever back to this Garba.e. store and poor knowlagable emploees. Afsoljutly wasting of my time to be Robbed on the casheer
Terrible online experience
If I could rate them a 0 star, I would. I've been waiting for a refund from their online business for over two months and I have multiple emails from their customer service saying that I will receive the refund and yet I have not received it. It's quite unbelievable how poorly run their e-com business is and because of this experience, I will never purchase this brand again.

Entire store at CrossIron Mills had deal for 2 pairs for $135. However at the register we found that one of the pair is not part of that deal and we have to pay in total $210. Store manager does not care about any customer experience. She told in front of the customer to teller - Do not do anything.
I have to laugh
I have to laugh. People warn others NOT to buy on line from Clarks due to terrible customer service. I tried to buy online starting yesterday, but Clarks does not want my money!! ;-) Made it to the payment section and must have entered it 20 times; not rejected, not accepted, just an infinite loop. Tried several credit cards, tried Paypal... Called customer service, listened to music for 25 minutes before human actually answered. I explained I wanted to provide a credit card and buy shoes. He told me to try again in 48 hours, on line!!! He said I tried to pay too many times. Customer service actually sent me away. Too bad, I have been buying Clarks for 20 years, always very happy with the shoes. They will go bankrupt for sure, and it is NOT due to lack of good product demand, it is due to their incompetence in actually selling their products... Strange....
Horrendous Customer support
I have several pairs from Clarks that I bought through shoe stores and I love them. This time I decided to buy directly through the web site and it was a BIG mistake. The shoe I bought went on sale the day after I ordered it and there is absolutely no way to get to customer service to try and cancel the order and buy it at the discounted price. Unanswered calls to customer support and emails that no one replies to is all I got.

What is wrong with this company! Customer service is abysmal! I ordered shoes online and on checkout, they quickly took my money but did not allow me to enter the Black Friday code. Seconds after this happened, I sent a message to customer service, which was ignored. They sent the shoes anyway. Since I have enjoy Clark’s in the past from retail places I thought that I might keep the shoes if they fit. The shoes were a very odd fit. I tried to initiate a return. All I got was garbage response in return- QR codes that didn’t work (laughable fake code) with the alternative to print a return label - which was missing from the email(s). After a load of this BS back and forth I said I was going to put this ordeal on Trust pilot. Again, another email that was useless. I actually took the package to Staples thinking it maybe was just me, but they also couldn’t understand either the QR code or the email. This is a total scam in the hopes that one would give up. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. This company is either is in bad financial state or the front for a massive fraud.
I see the problem here … Clarks is no longer a trusted UK company. It is now owned by Viva China Holdings Limited. They need to step up their game in both quality and customer service.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT BUY ON-LINE FROM THEM. I ordered December 4th. Today us the 20th and haven't received the boots. The phone number is supposed to be a Canadian office but it's not. Some guy with Hindu accent answered.
I asked for a refund. He tells me I have to wait for delivery for a refund even though I don't have the boots I ordered. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!

Costumer service is good but I am disappointed that they charge you 5$ plus taxes as a fee for returning the shoes that don’t fit. It is hard to know if the will fit since you can’t try them in a store.

Clark's makes it easy to order online with its full complement of products. I received the order reasonably fast, delivered to my door, in excellent condition, and exactly what I ordered. The shoes ae good quality. I have returned shoes that didn't fit, without difficulty--usually through Canada Post-- and received the refund promptly. I understand there is a slight fee for restocking and I am prepared to pay it for the ease of online shopping.
My contact experience with customer service to ask about the return process with regards to Canada Post strike, was excellent. Professional, informative, much appreciated!

This is an absolute SCAM, I place and order for two pairs of Leather Boots and I did not receive the boots I ordered. They sent some plastic garbage. They will not answer my questions and want me to pay for the return back to China. I would not have to return if they sent me what I ordered
